Scientific Outlook on Development told us that the first priority is development, the core is people-oriented, the fundamental method is overall planning, and the basic requirements are comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. According to this theoretical requirement, as a tourist, especially as a manager of the tourism industry, he directly deals with enterprises and serves tourists and tour operators, so the service quality should be regarded as an important criterion to test the effectiveness of studying and practicing Scientific Outlook on Development. This has two meanings, one is the service quality of managers, and the other is the service quality of tourism. So how to improve the quality of tourism service and management? I think it is necessary to formulate work ideas, work objectives, innovative measures and work honestly.
First, work ideas. Focusing on improving the quality of tourism services, focusing on "changing working methods, expanding service scope, and adjusting evaluation methods", we will strengthen the standardization and management of tourism service quality, and make positive contributions to the three pioneers of tourism and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
Second, the work objectives. Develop the "two teams" of traditional and emerging formats, promote the "two-oriented construction" of industry standardization and service refinement, improve the "two systems" of industry management and industry self-discipline, strive to enhance the development and cohesion of tourism teams, and effectively improve the quality of tourism services.
Third, the work measures
(1) Develop and expand the tourism team. First, thoroughly implement the star-rated standards of tourist hotels, actively promote the creation of star-rated hotels, effectively carry out standardized guidance, and develop three new star-rated hotels in the city. The second is to fully implement the new Travel Agency Regulations, formulate and implement the evaluation and scoring methods for travel agencies, support the development and growth of travel agencies, and standardize the business behavior of travel agencies. Two new travel agencies have opened in this city. The third is to explore and formulate the management system of tour guides and interpreters, establish and improve the tour guide files, and strive to improve the overall quality and service level. There are 50 new business tour guides or commentators in the city, and there are 50 government tour guides or commentators 10. Fourth, we will carry out the selection activities of tourist reception units in potential industries such as food stalls, bars and teahouses, arts and crafts, specialty products, sports and leisure, entertainment and performing arts, and strive to build them into new tourism formats. (2) Strengthen industry management. First, according to the requirements of the Provincial Tourism Bureau, we conducted a 1 special inspection on the implementation of the Travel Agency Regulations (New) and the Sichuan Tourism Regulations. The second is to improve the supervision and management system of tourism service quality, adhere to both supervision and inspection and standard guidance, go deep into all aspects of production, sales, consumption and public service, and implement the whole process and multi-link supervision and management. In 2009, we began to establish and improve the system of tourism service quality supervisor and the system of tourism statistics assessment and scoring. The evaluation methods of tourist hotels, travel agencies and tour guides (interpreters), and the system of visiting and publicizing the quality of tourist services. The third is to improve the internal quality management system of tourism enterprises, set up internal quality supervision institutions and equip them with full-time (part-time) quality supervisors to guide enterprises to standardize their operations and enhance their soft power. Fourth, with the activity of "promoting consumption and civilized tourism" as the carrier, we will vigorously strengthen the construction of industry integrity and spiritual civilization, make civilized tourism service guides and integrity conventions, and put them in tourism enterprises and institutions.
(3) Improve the self-discipline level of the tourism industry. First, improve and re-elect the city tourism association, enrich the strength of the association and expand the team of the association; Set out to improve hotels and other branches, and accelerate the formation of the industry organization system of tourism elements. The second is to speed up the establishment of the working system of the association, organize activities such as integrity building, quality evaluation, standardized operation and skill competition, and enhance self-discipline and vitality and cohesion. Third, through organizing inspection tours and holding fraternity meetings, we will strengthen coordination and interaction with tourism industry-related associations such as consumer associations and tourism associations in neighboring cities and states, and establish a working mechanism of mutual cooperation and cooperation, which will become the driving force for improving the quality of tourism services.
(4) Carry out in-depth on-the-job training activities. First, hold a 1 knowledge contest based on the star standard of tourist hotels and the rules and regulations of travel agencies, so as to improve the policy level and theoretical level of tourism professionals. Second, combined with the province's "Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of People's Republic of China (PRC)" activities, the city's star-rated hotels 1 service skill competition was launched, and Chinese food table setting, western food table setting, Chinese auxiliary beds, desk service and other competitions were set up to promote exchanges and improve skills. The third is to carry out three experience exchange activities in tourist hotels, let grassroots waiters perform on stage and select the "Top Ten" service stars in Guang 'an hotel industry. On this basis, organize "stars" to tour tourist hotels around the country to give play to the "typical demonstration" effect. Fourth, the 1 skills competition for tour guides and interpreters will be held in combination with the province-wide skills competition for tour guides and interpreters to promote the overall quality of tour guides and interpreters. The fifth is to carry out the selection activity of "Top Ten Famous Cuisine in Guang 'an Favorite by Tourists", and promote and display it in due course. Sixth, integrate the city's tourism talent resources, effectively attract middle and senior managers and grassroots service stars of tourism enterprises and institutions in our city, build Guang 'an tourism training teacher library, and build a first-class training teacher team. Seventh, design a questionnaire with the theme of "honest management, quality service and civilized tourism", conduct a survey on tourists' satisfaction and publish the results in time to guide enterprises to operate in good faith and abide by the law.
