In order to strengthen the construction and service of urban public transport, Xining Municipal Government has launched a cruise network bus project, aiming at improving the service level of public transport and meeting the travel needs of citizens. According to official website of Xining Municipal Transportation Bureau, Xining Cruise Network Car Project is led by Xining Municipal Transportation Bureau and jointly launched by several bus companies and network car platform. Government departments provide policy and financial support, and bus companies and online carpooling platforms provide vehicles and technical support to create efficient, convenient and green urban public transport services. Therefore, it can be confirmed that Xining cruise network is a government project.
