I read the seventh chapter of the Tao Te Ching: Selfishness is above the public, and selfishness is beyond defeat.
Forever and ever. The reason why heaven and earth can last long is that they are not born by themselves, so they can live forever. It puts saints and bodies first; Living outside your body. Not because of its selfless evil? Therefore, it can be private.

Laozi said an essential phenomenon: everlasting. So why can heaven and earth exist forever? This is because ta has no intention of raising all kinds of things, and has never loved one family to make it immortal, and there is no hatred to make a certain kind of things impossible to survive. Ta has a "selfless" heart for all kinds of things, so it can live forever. The sage realized this natural phenomenon and practiced it, knowing how to be modest and polite, doing what he should do without seeking personal interests, so that the world would not forget that he respected him, loved cheering and volunteered to support him as a guide for everyone. Saints don't want to compete with the world for profit. They wanted to stay away from fame and fortune all their lives, but instead of walking with them because of "Dagong", they saved themselves. It can be seen that people should not have too strong personal goals or utilitarianism in doing things. If they aim high and have a bright and inclusive vision, then selfless efforts will inevitably take care of others and fulfill themselves.

Therefore, I think that the reason why Heaven and Earth can live forever lies in ta's selflessness. But "public" and "private" are both artificial concepts, and their essence should not exist, and there is no absolute quantitative standard for their essence. Therefore, for Tao, for heaven and earth, there is no "selflessness" and "selfishness". Because of Ta's longevity, even if the concept of "no distinction between public and private" is taken as the criterion of right and wrong, everything will be fair in infinite time. Of course, in the life of individual species for hundreds of years, the inevitable death of individuals will make people of the same kind feel sad and lonely, and lament the ruthlessness and selfishness of "heaven and earth" and "Tao"

So for ordinary you and me, how do you view personal "private" and "selfless" of heaven and earth?

I think there is everything in the world. If all kinds of things exist all the time, it is bound to consume countless resources. Although everything between heaven and earth is made out of nothing-"the immortal of the valley is Xuanzang" and "if you persevere, you will not use it often", this does not necessarily mean that it is feasible and permanent to know only "life" but not "death". I think there must be a Tao that we don't know, and there must be a cycle of life and death. Otherwise, there will be a day when resources are exhausted and out of balance. Therefore, the disappearance of the individual is a return to the Tao, even a repair, and the Tao survives because of it, which is the "private" of the Tao. Although the "private" of Tao is sad for individuals, any individual or species is born and exists according to Tao. If the Tao does not exist, everything will cease to exist-if the skin does not exist, there will be no hair. This just shows that the "private" of Tao is "selfless" to all kinds of things. It is precisely t a that breeds all kinds of things and preserves all kinds of things. ta is only a race, not an individual. This is also a great "selflessness".

Everything is born in Tao and belongs to Tao. This is the nature of Tao, the balance of Tao, the foundation of all existence and the true self-absence. Therefore, the ancients said, "Heaven is private and earth is public."

The ancient sages and sages knew the key, so they practiced the principles of personal practice and handling affairs-governing by doing nothing, serving the public, putting people first, giving up life and forgetting death. After that, the sage made himself. So all the fruits in this world can't be forced. When you can look at the people and things around you with an inclusive vision and mentality, you will relax and gain more because of letting go.

In the past two years, the state has advocated "entrepreneurship for all", so no matter whether men, women and children go into battle together, they are brave and promising, and their slogans are loud, but few people really succeed. Investigate its reason, must have the following two points.

First, there is no vision, the purpose is not clear, doing things is just a passion, and even starting a business is just a hot spot. Such people often only heat for three minutes, and their thoughts must be "all kinds of big coffee shows." If you don't know what you think tomorrow, you are doomed to be an idea every day. It is certainly difficult to achieve anything if you think about detours or big retreats when you encounter difficulties, just as Laozi said, "It is better to stay in the middle." Therefore, in order to achieve something, we must have a vision, be long-term, make corresponding long-term plans and strictly implement them.

Second, there is still a vision, but it is only the founder's, which has little to do with others and is not very inclusive. In this way, it is inevitable that a team with the same values and focus cannot be established. People outside the founder are just "outsiders" who are purely paid, so the success of their career has nothing to do with them. Borrowing Maslow's five levels of needs, there is no intrinsic self-realization value except the most basic survival value of individuals (of course, this basic value can also be harvested at any time). This will inevitably not unite the hearts of the team, nor will it gather everyone's wisdom and actions, so that the cause can exist and develop.

Therefore, if a person wants to succeed, he must have lofty aspirations, bright vision, broad mind and inclusive mind, supplemented by a strong body and a strong heart. Selfless in heart and far away from fame and fortune in body.
