Jingha Expressway passes through seven toll stations, namely: Bailu main line toll station, Xianghe main line toll station, Shanhaiguan main line toll station, Wanjia main line toll station, Maojia shopkeeper line toll station, Lalinhe main line toll station and Wapen kiln main line toll station.

Two inter-provincial toll stations: a Lalinhe toll station in Heilongjiang-Jilin and a five-Li Po toll station in Jilin-Liaoning.

The expressway starts from Sifang Bridge in Beijing's East Fourth Ring Road (south gate of Beijing University of Technology), passes through Langfang City, Baodi District, Tianjin City, Tangshan City, Qinhuangdao City, Huludao City, Jinzhou City and Panjin City, Liaoning Province, and ends at Shenyang G 150 1 Shenyang Ring Expressway. The whole expressway has six lanes, and the design speed is120km.

It is the first highway in the national trunk highway network planning of "two verticals, two horizontals and three important sections" in China, and it is also an important part of "two verticals, two horizontals and three important sections" in the national trunk highway planning of "five verticals and seven horizontals". This is an important milestone in the history of highway construction in China.
