Customs is the administrative law enforcement organ guarding the national economic gate. At present, the main business of Xining Customs includes customs clearance management of import and export goods, freight supervision, collection of customs duties and import link taxes, examination and approval of tax reduction and exemption, registration and filing of import and export enterprises and inspection of business activities, management of customs declarers, smuggling investigation and customs statistics.
