The College Students' Self-discipline Committee, referred to as the Self-discipline Association, is a school-level student organization affiliated to the Logistics Department of Guangxi International Studies University, with the aim of self-management, self-education and self-service. There are nine departments: Presidium, Operation Department, Inspection Department, Administration Department, Propaganda Department, Finance Department, Service Department, Outreach Department and School Guard!
Departmental functions:
Presidium: communicate with teachers at work, coordinate the work of the self-discipline Committee, and assign assistance to various departments.
Operation department: brand activities, cultural and sports activities, quality development to assist the logistics department to do a good job in school picketing.
Administration Department: daily administration, personnel organization and large-scale training.
Finance Department: Daily financial and material management.
Service department: assist the logistics department to count the school maintenance status, be on duty, handle the reception work of freshmen's dormitory (the duty salary of the logistics department of the service department 1 1 yuan/hour).
Propaganda Department: Design, publicize and manage official QQ, WeChat official account and Weibo, actively push publicity tweets, and manage the online property repair platform on WeChat official account.
Inspection department: manage the branch and cooperate with the secondary college to do a good job in dormitory inspection.
External relations department: fundraising, sponsorship and social activities of various organizations inside and outside the school?
School Guard: Patrol the campus? Inspector business? Maintain campus safety
