After much deliberation, Chen Sheng finally decided to claim the title of king and establish the country, with Chenjun as the capital, "Zhang Chu" as the title, and "Zhang Chu" (that is, the meaning of Zhang Chu and Zhang Chu as the slogan), and established the first peasant revolutionary regime in China history.
