As shown in the figure, double-click the left button in the viewport border to activate the viewport, and the viewport border is bold, then click the "Layer Properties" command button.

Open the Layer Properties Manager dialog box, as shown in the figure, and click the Layer Status button in the viewport freeze column to freeze the remaining layers except the current layer.
