As new employees, we feel deeply responsible and stressed. Since being assigned to Company No.6 Middle School, the leaders of our school have attached great importance to the cultivation of our young teachers. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of young teachers in our school and promote us to become experts in education, teaching and teaching management with excellent ideas and professional skills as soon as possible, our school has continuously improved the theoretical level of young teachers by means of teacher's ethics education, new curriculum standard training, collective lesson preparation, young teachers' forum and exchange of experience with young teachers' class teachers.
