(1) construction method: put the ceramic tile sealant into the glue gun, then slowly and forcefully drive the ceramic tile sealant into the joint evenly, and after paving a joint (about 0.2m), block the nozzle with a wooden wedge first, and then scrape off the ceramic tile sealant with a small scraper or finger immediately. The tile sealant overflowing from both sides of the brick joint can be wiped off with a wet sponge, and it must be cleaned before the tile sealant solidifies. After each wiping, the sponge should be washed with water for reuse. If the joint width is greater than 3mm, and the tile caulking agent filled into the tile joint is relatively uniform, then there is no need to scrape the tile caulking agent and let it level automatically.

② Leave a gap 1mm deep. Before applying the ceramic tile joint filler, clean the dust in the joint with a rag or a fine brush. Stick masking paper on both sides of the seam. It is advisable that the masking paper is about 0.5mm away from the edge of the gap. Put the tile joint filler on the glue gun and push it evenly along the brick joint. Construction is about 1 m, and it should be spread evenly with fingers or a small scraper immediately; When the tile sealant is not cured (about 1 m during construction), it is convenient to remove the masking paper.

3. Note: Be sure to tear off the textured paper in time after smoothing. After a long time, it is easy to uproot the tile sealant in the seam. Every time the tile sealant is used up, the outlet should be sealed with toothpick or tape (to prevent overflow and waste). When joining again, the discharge nozzle overflows a little, which can be wiped off by newspaper.

After curing, the surface of the tile joint filler is as smooth as porcelain, which can be scrubbed together with the tile, and has the characteristics of impermeability and waterproof, so that the real cracks of the tile will never turn black; At present, the living room and kitchen and bathroom at home usually encounter the problem that the gap between tiles turns from white to black, which is extremely unsanitary and unsightly.
