The starting point is as follows:
1, I am personally interested in maps, and I hope my daughter can learn from them and cultivate this awareness from an early age.
The living room is the daughter's main activity place.
3. I posted a photo on the living room wall before, which is a flower. The area of the map is generally relatively large, just covering this part of the wall.
Actual effect:
1. At present, my daughter can only realize that this is called a map, and she has no concept of the geographical location of the east, west, north and south and the present city.
2. The living room wall is relatively clean.
If you are poor, you will be immune, if you are able, you will be inclusive, and if you are up to it, you will help the world!
In my opinion, there are two reasons:
Remember the motherland
② Have a grand world outlook.
There is a map of China hanging on the wall, which can always remind the national consciousness. Hanging a map of the world on the wall can improve your sense of orientation. Mainly because there was no money to make walls in the previous houses, posting a map or calligraphy and painting was both decorative and cultural, and the map was the cheapest. Everyone can understand the map, but calligraphy and painting are expensive and everyone doesn't appreciate it. Without putting something up, it looks uneducated, and the bare white wall is ugly.
There used to be a slogan: stand at your doorstep and see the world. Ordinary people like to hang portraits of leaders and two maps on the wall, one is a map of China and the other is a map of the world. They listen to the news at night. If they hear about any country, they will find it on the map. Careful people also plant small red flags in countries that are friendly to China. Now decorating the walls and drawing maps may be a continuation of this hobby.
My home is covered with maps of the world and China, purely to cultivate children's sense of space, and there is a concept of changing the world from a plane to a three-dimensional one. When watching the news or chatting with children about history, they will let them go to the map to find the location of the incident. After a long time, children not only have a preliminary understanding of the geographical location of continents, countries and provinces, but also remember the flags of most countries by the way. When watching sports games, children like to distinguish countries with national flags.
