The adjusted monthly minimum wage in kangding city, Luding, Danba, Jiulong, Yajiang, daofu county, Luhuo, Ganzi, dege county, White, Xinlong, Batang, Xiangcheng, Derong, Hailuogou Scenic Area Administration and Aden Scenic Area Administration are adjusted to 165 yuan per month (75.86 yuan per day). Sertar county, shiqu county, Litang and Daocheng counties are adjusted to 178 yuan per month (8 1.84 yuan per day).
After adjustment, the minimum wage for part-time working hours in Quanzhou is kangding city, Luding, Danba, Jiulong, Yajiang, daofu county, Luhuo, Ganzi, dege county, White, Xinlong, Batang, Xiangcheng, Derong, Hailuogou Scenic Area Administration and Aden Scenic Area Administration per hour 17.4 yuan. Sertar county, shiqu county, Litang and Daocheng counties per hour 18.7 yuan.
The "Notice" pointed out that this standard includes social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds that individuals should pay, but does not include overtime wages; Allowance for special working conditions or special working environment such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Non-wage labor insurance benefits stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and policies; Non-monetary subsidies paid by employers to workers. At the same time, if the employer provides accommodation for the workers, the wages paid to the workers shall not be lower than the minimum wage.
The minimum wage standard generally takes two forms: monthly minimum wage standard and hourly minimum wage standard. The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees, and the hourly minimum wage is applicable to part-time employees.
