Implement three tasks
Further promoting the three key tasks of resolving social contradictions, social management innovation and fair and honest law enforcement is a major deployment of the CPC Central Committee for political and legal work. Implementing the requirements of the three key tasks in each specific link of procuratorial law enforcement is the top priority of procuratorial work throughout the year and the direction for us to strengthen and improve procuratorial work. To this end, we have made the following efforts.

◆ Improve the ways and means of legal supervision. Strengthen legal supervision by solving the problems strongly reflected by the people. Through special work, strengthen the investigation and handling of duty crimes and litigation supervision, and actively respond to people's concerns about fairness and justice. Strengthen the analysis and judgment of social security and anti-corruption situation, conduct in-depth research on emerging and tendentious issues, and base decision-making on an accurate grasp of the situation. Take improving supervision methods as the key point to improve the effect of legal supervision. Pay attention to the connection between legal supervision and relevant law enforcement and judicial work, create * * * knowledge, combine supervision with support and maintenance, and form a joint effort. Pay attention to the role of procuratorial suggestions, analyze the causes of work defects, hidden dangers and management loopholes found in law enforcement cases, put forward countermeasures and suggestions, urge relevant departments to start internal error correction mechanisms, eliminate hidden dangers and strengthen management. For complex and sensitive cases, strengthen reporting to Party committees and people's congresses, strengthen coordination and communication with relevant departments, and handle them safely. In the process of law enforcement and case handling, we should pay attention to resolving the contradictions inside and outside the case, focus on solving the problem of "the case can't be closed", and focus on solving the negative factors to the maximum extent. The parties concerned can eliminate doubts and resolve old grievances through criminal reconciliation, docking between prosecution and mediation, reasoning without arrest, answering questions without litigation, and helping the victims.
◆ Strengthen internal supervision and management. Deepen the procuratorial reform and improve the working mechanism.
