Don't put a lot of software in the phone memory. If your phone's own web browser is used up, clear the cache, and don't store many short messages in your phone, so there will be a lot of phone memory to use. If you are slow, your phone will be slow. Of course, mobile phones can't be used faster and faster, just slow down. Or ... brush your mobile phone and keep it clean every time.
