III. Gravel soil of the site, covered with raw materials 100%.

2. 5. 100% of vehicles leaving the construction site washed the wheel body.

(3) The edge of the mound should be built with diamonds in various ways to solve the problem. The mound should be covered with sunshade net in all directions and watered frequently to avoid dust. To plant lawn seeds and potted flowers, plant seeds should be closely combined with the surface soil layer, then sprayed with water to moisturize and replenish water, and maintained frequently until all green plants grow and develop normally. The stacking area of the construction site should be equipped with simple sprinkler irrigation equipment, and the water should be moderately sprinkled to moisturize and replenish water.
VII. Responsibilities of capital construction, construction and engineering supervision companies in implementing the "six 100%" regulations.
(1) Job responsibilities of the construction unit
1. Fully responsible for the prevention and control of construction dust pollution. (2) Job responsibilities of the construction unit
1. In the practical work of dust pollution prevention and control in engineering construction, various dust prevention and control measures in the construction site have been implemented, and rules and regulations for dust pollution prevention and control inspection have been established.
2. The construction unit shall formulate practical implementation opinions and application plans for the prevention and control of construction dust pollution; Publicize information such as dust pollution prevention measures, telephone numbers of responsible persons and dust supervision institutions at the construction site.
3. We should sign an emergency disposal agreement with relatively qualified transportation enterprises and construction emergency disposal sites, and immediately remove loose raw materials such as earthwork backfilling of garbage engineering construction, residual soil of engineering projects and urban garbage.
4. For the project with general contracting management mode, the general construction unit shall take overall responsibility for the dust pollution prevention and control work of subcontractors, and sign relevant management mode agreements with subcontractors to urge subcontractors to implement dust pollution prevention and control countermeasures.
(three) the responsibilities of the construction unit
1. 2. In the whole process of project supervision, it is found that the construction unit fails to implement the personal behavior of dust pollution prevention and control countermeasures, and the construction unit should be required to make rectification. If the circumstances are bad, the construction unit shall be required to temporarily terminate the construction and report to the construction unit immediately. If the construction unit refuses to rectify or terminate the construction, the construction unit shall report to the competent department of relevant fields in the city where the project is located.
Eight, the housing construction units and management agencies management and control obligations.
