The buried depth of groundwater along the line is generally 2 meters to 4 meters, and the flow direction is from west to east. The whole line is located in the warm temperate monsoon continental climate zone, with four distinct seasons; The historical annual average temperature is13.5℃; The extreme maximum temperature is 4 1.6℃, and the minimum temperature is-19.4℃. The annual maximum precipitation 1 186 mm, and the daily maximum precipitation is 253mm;; The average freezing depth over the years is 0.2m ~ 0.25m;; The dominant wind direction throughout the year is south wind and north wind; Earthquake intensity: 6 degrees in Jining, Jiaxiang and Juye counties, 6 degrees to the east and 7 degrees to the west of West Tang Wang in Heze county.
line construction
Xinyan Railway consists of three sections. The first section is from Yanzhou to Jining, formerly known as Yanji branch line, opened to traffic at 19 12, demolished at 1944, and restored at 1958. The second section is from Jining to Heze, which was once called Jihe Railway. Completed on 1979, operated by Jinan Bureau Ji and Forest Crown Office on 1980. The third section, Xinxiang south to Heze, the third engineering bureau of the Ministry of Railways 1985 construction. These three sections are collectively called Xinyan Railway.
(1) Yanzhou-Jining section
1May, 909, Yang Yusi, a businessman from Jining, demanded that the newly-built Jin-Pu Railway be changed into an economical one on the grounds that Jining is a land and water transportation hub between the north and the south. Because the Jin-Pu Railway has been scheduled to start and decided not to change, the branch line from Yanzhou to Jining was added. The line started in June 19 1 1, was completed in June 19 12, and was opened to traffic in June 1 1, with a total length of 32. 180 km and investment. When it was built, it was a drought locust disaster, so the construction was all "work for relief" by migrant workers. There are two stations in Sun Shi and Jining on the whole line; Jining station has facilities such as locomotive coal loading, water supply, turntable and garage. After opening to traffic, passenger cars 1 pairs will be operated, and trucks will run irregularly. The minimum curve radius of the line is 305 meters, the maximum slope is 2.5‰, the subgrade width is 5.5 meters, and the rail weight is 33 kg/m; * * * 32 concrete-wrapped I-steel bridges and culverts; The blocking mode is no signal electric road sign. 1from April to June, 944, the Japanese invaders demolished the Yanji branch line from April to June of the same year to solve the problem of track shortage on the main line.
65438-0958, Jining District Commissioner's Office of Shandong Province petitioned the Ministry of Railways to ask the local government to build Yanji Branch Line. Shandong provincial government allocated 6 million yuan, and Jinan Bureau provided technical information and technical force. Yanji branch recovery headquarters was established at the beginning of the year, responsible for the construction organization of the project. Under the slogan of "the railway is managed by the party and the railway is managed by the people" and "the railway should be opened first and reserved", the survey, design and construction should be carried out at the same time, and the construction should be contracted by stages according to the construction plan. The garrison rushed to transport road materials, the migrant workers undertook earthwork, and the First Engineering Brigade of Jinan Bureau participated in the construction. Construction started in June of the same year and was completed and opened to traffic on June 10. * * * Track-laying is 38.3 19 km, of which main track-laying is 30. 130 km; Build 0/6 bridges/kloc-,build 6500 square meters of houses, and set up signal communication equipment and temporary water supply facilities. Due to the adoption of trade-in measures and other measures, the construction was carried out according to the principle of "opening first and reserving", and it took 2.3 million yuan until it was repaired and opened to traffic, with an average of 60,000 yuan per kilometer, resulting in poor line quality, large tail work and miscellaneous rail fittings (39 kinds in total). The ballast bed in Jining section of Yanzhou is sandy. Juguang Fuhe Bridge is a 2 1 span temporary rail-buckled beam and a wooden raft temporary bridge, and the line is limited to "Jiefang" locomotive. 1960 1 month was handed over to Jinan bureau, and the total value of fixed assets was 33 15700 yuan. 1968, Jinan Bureau invested 267,000 yuan to overhaul the line, replacing the 33kg/m rail with 44.7kg/m, increasing the number of sleepers per kilometer from 1400 to 1760, and replacing the turnouts below No.9 with No.9 to 12, making the line reach No.3. 1978 The connecting line from Yanji Branch Line to Yanzhou North Station of Jinpu Railway was built, with a total length of 2. 177 km.
(2) Jining-Heze section
1976 The Planning Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of Shandong Province applied to the Ministry of Railways for the construction of the Jihe Railway, which was approved by the Ministry of Railways in July 1977 and jointly invested by the Ministry of Railways and the local government. The survey and design shall be undertaken by the Third Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways. The Third Railway Hospital carried out survey on the whole line in August, 1977, and the survey was carried out in early September,1ended on October 20th, 19. /kloc-0+fixed investigation in late October, ending in February. Main design quantities: main line 1 10.200 km, earthwork of 4.77 million cubic meters, new station 14, 320 bridges and culverts and 25,000 square meters of houses. Main technical standards and conditions for design: the line grade is Class III trunk line, the main line is single-track, the restricted gradient is 4‰, the minimum curve radius is 800 meters, the traction of "Jianshe" steam locomotive is 2,700 tons, and the locomotive is short-handed and shoulder-shouldered. The sand cushion of main track bed is 20cm thick, and the ballast thickness is 15cm. Sleepers are multiplexed sleepers and spliced sleepers, each kilometer 1600. The rail is a 43kg/m miscellaneous rail, and the turnouts are new turnouts No.9 and No.0/2; The roadbed is 6.2 meters wide. Independent train dispatching telephone is set for communication, as well as station, road, bridge and crossing telephones. Most communication lines are designed as overhead wires. 1977 1 1 In June, the Jihe Railway Campaign Command was established, with three sub-headquarters, namely Jining, Heze and Railway, responsible for the sectional construction. The whole project officially started on 1977 13 February 13. There are more than124,000 migrant workers and railway and highway workers in counties along the railway. * * * More than 9,500 mu of land has been requisitioned, and 8,605 mu of usable land. The whole construction process is divided into three stages: the first stage is earthwork, which takes 6 months to fill subgrade and station earthwork; The second stage is the bridge and culvert project, which lasted for 8 months and built 320 special, large, medium and small bridges and culverts; The third stage is the auxiliary railway bridge, with 80-hole bridge laid in 9 months,108,38+000 km track frame. These three stages intersect. During the construction of the bridge, according to the actual hydrogeological conditions of the bridge site, the design of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge was revised. In line construction, tractors, drilling rigs, mixers, bridge erecting machines, automobiles and other machinery are often used for construction. The total investment of the whole line is 56.49 million yuan and the total budget is 59192,500 yuan. At the beginning of 1979, Shandong Jihe Railway Management Office organized temporary management. 1980 was changed to temporary management and operation of Jihe Temporary Management Office of Jinan Bureau.
(3) Xinxiang south to Heze section
1982 In February, in order to speed up the outward transportation of Shanxi coal, the Ministry of Railways submitted the Plan Report on Building Xinxiang-Heze Railway and Rebuilding Heze-Yanzhou Railway to the State Planning Commission, which gave a reply in the same year with Document No.279. According to the above documents and other relevant documents, The First Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways and the Bridge Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways completed the preliminary design of Xinxiang-Heze Railway and Changdong Yellow River 1983. In March, the Third Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways officially started construction in Shandong Province, and the railway from Xinxiang to Heze was completed in just over two years, with a total length of 166.706 km. 1984 February 18, Changdong Yellow River Bridge was constructed by the Bridge Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways and paved at the end of February 1985. The railway is a single-track Grade I trunk line with a slope limit of 4‰ and reserved electrification conditions, with a traction capacity of 3,500 tons. The designed annual transportation capacity is170,000 tons. The total investment of lines and bridges is 747 million yuan. The total length is 33.376 kilometers.
Technical reform
1980, the Ministry of Railways decided to extend the reach westward across the Yellow River and connect with Xinxiang to form Nantong Road for coal transportation in Shanxi, and the traffic volume will be greatly increased. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out technical transformation on existing equipment. The long-term annual transportation capacity is designed to be190,000 tons, and the line standard is upgraded to a first-class trunk line with a slope limit of 4‰ and a minimum curve radius of 800 meters. The traction locomotive is "forward" steam. Designed by the Third Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways, construction started on 1985. Its west extension and east connection are Yanshi Railway, which connects Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Shanghai railway trunk lines, forming another east-west trunk line parallel to Longhai Railway, connecting Shanxi, Henan and Shandong provinces, and will play an important role in promoting the economic development of southwest Shandong and the exchange of materials in East China, and promoting Shanxi's coal transportation and national economic and trade development. 1985 is undergoing technical transformation of the whole line.
Station facilities
At the end of 1985, there are 33 stations on the whole line, including 18 station between Yanzhou and Heze South Station (including Yanzhou Station); From Heze South Station to the junction of the two provinces, there are four stations, namely Shuwangzhuang, Luhuan, Dongming County and Dong Baocheng, which are under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou Bureau.
Yanzhou Jiusuo Railway
Geographical condition
Most of the route passes through the plains, valleys and hills in the south of Yimeng Mountain area, with gentle terrain and large local ups and downs. The strata along the whole line are mainly Quaternary clay and sand. Karst is developed and widely distributed between Pingyi and Linyi. The line crosses the Yishu deep fault zone between Linyi and Junan, and crosses the earthquake zone of magnitude 7-9. The whole line belongs to a warm temperate climate zone, with an annual average temperature of 12.5℃~ 13.7℃ and an average temperature of -0.9 ~ 2.3℃ in Leng Yue. The extreme maximum temperature is 40.5℃ (Cangshan) and the extreme minimum temperature is -25.6℃ (Juxian). The annual average rainfall is 896.3 ~ 921.8mm; Annual snowfall 10 ~ 12 mm; The annual fog period is about 18 days; The maximum wind speed is 20m/s, and the line crosses rivers such as Yihe River and Shuhe River 1 10. Due to the construction of dams and large and medium-sized reservoirs, the floods along the railway have been basically controlled.
mineral resources
There are abundant coal and other minerals along the stone railway, and the township industry has developed rapidly. Its completion is of great significance to the transportation of Shanxi coal, the development of Yimeng mountain area, the revitalization of southern Shandong economy and the consolidation of national defense.
Survey and design
In order to transport coal from Shanxi and Shandong, the state decided to open up another passage to East China and land-sea combined transport to speed up the economic development of central and southern Shandong, and decided to build Yanshi Railway 1979 in June.
197765438+February, the annual plan issued by the Ministry of Railways has included Yanzhou-Lianyungang railway construction in the survey and design plan, which was surveyed by the Third Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways, and the preliminary design documents were submitted on 1979. Before this document was reviewed, Houguoben, a professor at Shandong Ocean University, wrote to the State Council three times, proposing the idea of changing the railway hub from Lianyungang to Shijiu Institute. After scientific argumentation by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and discussion and study by the the State Council executive meeting, this proposal was adopted. 1979 June 16, Vice Premier Gu Mu of the State Council asked the Ministry of Railways to put forward the plan of Yanzhou to Nineteen Institutes. On September 29th of the same year, the Third Hospital compiled a supplementary plan for Yanshi Railway and reported it to the Ministry of Railways. Among them, Yanzhou-Linyi section adopted the original design documents, and Linyi-Shijiusuo section carried out field investigation from June to May 1980 in the same year. The preliminary design document was compiled at the end of September, and the construction design document 1982 was delivered in June.
The line grade of Yanshi Railway is single-track Class I trunk line; The minimum curve radius is 800 meters; Limit the slope to 4 ‰; The effective length of the arrival-departure line is 850m, and the condition of 1050m is reserved; Traction locomotives, the recent use of domestic "forward" locomotives, long-term reserve electric locomotives; Interlocking mode is electrical centralization; The blocking mode is relay semi-automatic, with the designed passing capacity of 4 1 pair and 3 pairs of passenger trains; The annual transportation capacity can reach180,000 tons.
Transformation and upgrading
In 2008, Xinshi Railway was upgraded and electrified. After the project is completed, electric traction will be realized. The bus speed will reach 1.20km/h, the transport capacity will reach 654.38+0.4 billion tons, with a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan. In July 2065438+00, after 2 1 month of intense construction, the electrification reconstruction project of the newly-built Heze-Yanzhou railway was successfully completed and put into operation.
