According to the Notice on Promulgating Some Technical Measures for the Prevention and Control of Common Quality Defects of Residential Projects in Xiamen issued by the Municipal Bureau (Xia Jian Zong [2010] No.2), the implementation notice was put on the important agenda, and several publicity meetings and training courses were organized in conjunction with the Municipal Quality and Safety Association and other departments, so that all supervisors could learn and master the relevant technical measures for the prevention and control of common quality defects of residential projects in Xiamen.

All participating enterprises should study the Trial Measures for the Management of Household Acceptance of Residential Engineering Quality in Fujian Province formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in combination with the Interim Provisions on the Management of Household Acceptance of Residential Engineering Quality and the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Management of Household Acceptance of Residential Engineering Quality (No.33 [2007] of Xiamen Quality Supervision Bureau), and conscientiously implement the household acceptance system of residential engineering quality.
