Make up a story and write it in the form of a short story. For example, one of my people thinks that the tax is for the tax bureau, and it has nothing to do with him. He doesn't want to pay taxes, and then the little doll goes to compulsory education. Wow, tuition is so cheap, and then you come out and say that taxes are taken from the people, and tuition and government benefits are all from taxes. Then someone will be educated and the tax will be guaranteed. Here we go.
