Article 77 Etiquette of soldiers on the following occasions and occasions:
(1) When you meet the leader or superior for the first time every day, you should salute, and the leader and superior should reciprocate;
(2) When soldiers enter the chief officer's room, they should shout "Report" or knock at the door before entering the chief officer's room, and they can only enter and salute the chief officer after getting permission; Knock on the door before entering the room of the same level or other personnel, and enter only after getting permission;
(three) at the same level due to contact at ordinary times to salute each other;
(4) indoors, when the head or superior comes, he should stand up on his own;
(5) The guards at the camp gate should salute the teams, leaders and superiors who enter and leave the camp gate, and the commanders, leaders and superiors who lead the teams should reciprocate;
(6) When the guards hand over, they should salute each other;
(7) When the serviceman is received by the superior leader, he should salute the leader and say hello.
(eight) when the superior heads go to the subordinate units to check the work and leave, the off-duty personnel shall salute.
Article 78 When and where soldiers do not salute:
(1) Working in laboratories, computer rooms, kitchens, wards, consulting rooms and other places;
(two) when operating weapons and equipment and in the shooting and driving position;
(3) When engaging in cultural and sports activities and manual labor;
(4) When taking public transport;
(five) in the bathroom, barber shop, restaurant, shop;
(6) When wearing casual clothes;
(seven) other occasions and occasions where it is not convenient to salute.
Article 79 Courtesy given by detachments under the following circumstances:
(1) When the marching teams meet, the leading commanders salute each other; When meeting heads and superiors, leading commanders salute;
(2) During the stop of the detachment, when the superior leader arrives, the commander in charge of the detachment issues a "stand at attention" password, and then salutes and reports to the leader (see Appendix 4 for the report example); When two or more superior heads are present, they should salute and report to the head with the highest position; When one of the heads of the same position is present first, the heads who arrive later are only reported by the highest-ranking staff of the team present;
(3) For the team that has not lined up, whether indoors or outdoors, when the superior leader arrives, the person with the highest position on site or the prescient will give a "stand at attention" password (the person sitting should give a "stand up" password first), and the person with the highest position on site will salute and report to the leader.
Article 80 When the detachment meets the leaders on the following occasions and occasions where it is inconvenient to report the salute, only the person with the highest position on site salutes the leaders:
(a) dining, cultural and sports activities and physical labor;
(2) Shoot with live ammunition during the drill and rest during the March;
(3) When working in a repair shop, apron (hangar), dock (wharf), parking lot, gun yard, machinery yard, etc. ;
(four) other occasions and occasions where it is not convenient to salute and report.
Eighty-first soldiers should be polite and observe the following provisions when they are in contact with the staff of the party and government organs, the masses of the people and foreign guests:
(1) Salute when meeting with party and state leaders;
(two) in contact with leading comrades of local party and government organs, those who are higher than themselves should salute;
(3) When meeting with foreign guests who come to the team accompanied by the head of the army, they should salute people who are higher than their positions or ranks;
(four) to participate in foreign affairs activities and contact with foreign guests, who are higher than their own positions or levels should salute.
Article 82 The etiquette for the detachment to meet the party and state leaders or foreign guests and leading comrades of local party and government organs accompanied by the head of the army shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 79 of these regulations.
Article 83 The provisions of Articles 78 and 80 of these Regulations shall apply to the courtesy of people outside the military.
Article 84 When the national flag is hoisted, all soldiers should stand at attention facing the national flag, and those in military uniforms should raise their hands and stand at attention in casual clothes. When singing the national anthem, stand at attention by yourself; Wear military uniform to participate in foreign affairs activities, and raise your hand when you hear the national anthem.
Eighty-fifth military flags, military flags and military parades shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions of the China People's Liberation Army Queue Regulations.
Eighty-sixth soldiers and departments (divisions) to participate in foreign affairs activities, or go abroad to perform tasks, should adhere to the principle of etiquette reciprocity, follow the relevant international practices and regulations on foreign affairs etiquette.
