I. Purpose of work

Second, the work measures

1. Further develop and strengthen women's volunteer service team. It is necessary to use women's volunteer service activities to guide all kinds of volunteer service organized by women's federations, vigorously carry forward the volunteer spirit among women, cultivate volunteer culture, popularize the concept of volunteer service, and make active participation in volunteer service become women's conscious action. It is necessary to take grassroots women's Federation cadres, women and family members as the main force to carry out women's volunteer service, and take the March 8th Red Flag Bearers, industry pacesetters, five civilized families and professional service groups at all levels who are enthusiastic about social welfare and have certain professional skills as the backbone of women's volunteer service, thus forming a diversified and distinctive team of women's volunteer service. It is necessary to strengthen the training of women volunteers, organize training activities with the main content of strengthening the sense of purpose and mastering service skills at different levels and categories, strive to improve the quality and level of women's volunteer service, and ensure the effectiveness of service norms.

2. Carry out women's voluntary service activities extensively. We should take send warm and giving love as the theme, and take normalization and long-term effect as the principle, and carry out all kinds of women's volunteer service activities to facilitate the people and benefit the people. Focusing on poverty alleviation, providing various forms of relief services for poor women, widowed elderly, single-parent families, disabled families and other difficult groups; Focusing on safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and children, we will provide legal publicity, legal consultation and anti-domestic violence services; Focusing on promoting social harmony and stability, providing services such as marriage and family relationship adjustment, neighborhood conflict mediation, spiritual care and emotional comfort; Focusing on promoting civilized fashion, we will carry out services such as culture, sports, environmental protection and family education, so that women's volunteer service can really be close to family, life and the masses.

3. Strengthen the standardized management of women's voluntary service. It is necessary to standardize women's volunteer service signs and unify team flags, badges and venue signs. Establish a new image of women's voluntary service in the whole society and actively build a brand of women's voluntary service. It is necessary to establish and improve the status of women.

Network of volunteer service organizations, relying on women's federations at all levels and "women's homes" and other positions, gradually establish and improve the network of women's volunteer service covering urban and rural areas, so that women's volunteer service has teams, positions, management and funds. It is necessary to strengthen the system construction, establish a perfect management system for female volunteers' recruitment, registration and service records, enrich the talent pool of female volunteers, and build an information platform for female volunteers. It is necessary to establish an assessment and incentive mechanism, formulate assessment standards and conditions, create a number of women's volunteer service demonstration bases in the city, cultivate a number of women's volunteer service demonstration teams, promote a number of outstanding women's volunteer service projects, select a number of advanced models who have made outstanding contributions to women's volunteer service, and constantly promote the innovative development of women's volunteer service.

Third, the specific requirements

1. Strengthen the registration and management of female volunteers. Women's federations in towns, streets, municipal development zones and municipal units should quickly start collecting wishes from women, and guide every woman who is willing to join the ranks of female volunteers to fill out the Registration Form for Female Volunteers in Qingzhou City (see annex), and summarize it before 2011September 15. 3. Carry out demonstration activities of women's voluntary service. Women's federations at all levels should guide women's volunteer associations to establish a library of women's volunteer service projects according to the main contents of volunteer service activities, release service information in a timely manner, and often organize various forms of volunteer service activities that the masses are willing to participate in and are convenient to participate in, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of women's volunteer service. Towns, streets and municipal development zones should identify 2-3 villages to carry out demonstration activities, especially the villages and communities that have won various honorary titles above Weifang, and should take the lead in starting and demonstrating. It is necessary to seize the opportunities such as the Day for the Elderly and the International Family Day, closely combine the needs of the masses, focus on serving empty nesters, helping women and families in difficulty, participating in village environmental improvement, promoting family environmental protection practice, promoting family education, adjusting marriage and family relations, and holding legal health consultation services, and extensively carry out women's volunteer service activities with various forms and rich themes to promote the sustained and in-depth development of women's volunteer service.
