In order to save perilla seeds and improve the multiple cropping index, seedling raising and transplanting are often used in production. The broadcast date is the same as or a little earlier than the live broadcast. The seedbed should be selected in a sunny and warm place, with sufficient base fertilizer and appropriate amount of calcium superphosphate, watered first and then sown, and covered with fine soil of about 1 cm. If the temperature is low, it can be covered with plastic film and removed after the seedlings are unearthed. When the plant height is 5 ~ 6 cm and the height is 15 ~ 20 cm, it should be transplanted in the field in rainy days or in the afternoon according to the row spacing of 50 cm× 60 cm, and watered in time to survive after planting.
