The All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC) is a joint organization of supply and marketing cooperatives in China, led by the State Council. The current Party Secretary of the Head Office is Han Liping. 1950 In July, the All-China Cooperative Federation was established. 1In July, 954, the First Congress of All-China Cooperatives was held, and the All-China Federation of Cooperatives was renamed the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and a unified national supply and marketing cooperative system was established. 1982, during the institutional reform, the National Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives merged with the Ministry of Commerce. 1In February 1995, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council decided to re-establish the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives according to the requirements of establishing a socialist market economic system and deepening rural reform. The All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives shall set up a board of directors and a board of supervisors, and implement the director responsibility system. As of June 2022, 1 1, the board of directors of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives has 14 institutions, the board of supervisors has 1 4 institutions, the directly affiliated institutions have 15 institutions, the competent associations and China Supply and Marketing Group have 14 institutions, and China Supply and Marketing Group manages them. Supply and marketing cooperatives are socialist mass commercial organizations organized by rural working people with the help of the state during the socialist revolution and construction period, and are an important part of the rural cooperative movement. Through the supply and marketing business, organize farmers in the circulation field, communicate with urban and rural areas, solve the supply of farmers' means of production and means of subsistence and the sale of agricultural and sideline products, eliminate the exploitation of farmers by private businessmen, help farmers develop production, promote rural economic activities, improve farmers' lives and support national industrialization. The highest authority of supply and marketing cooperatives is the members' congress. The board of directors and the board of supervisors elected by the general meeting of members are the daily leading bodies and supervisory bodies of the supply and marketing cooperatives. In terms of administrative business management, the central government has the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and local governments have provincial, municipal and county supply and marketing cooperatives respectively.
