1. Project overview:
This project is the chimney of catalytic waste heat boiler in the second phase of catalytic technical transformation project of Cangzhou Refinery. Its structural type is reinforced concrete structure, the foundation is cast-in-place pile, the elevation of the bottom of the cap is -2.5m, the bottom plate passes through 17.0m, the thickness is 1.2m, and the height of the chimney is 120m. Its lower mouth runs straight through 7.09m and its upper mouth runs straight through 3.2m, and its lower mouth wall thickness is 0.42m, its upper mouth wall thickness is 0. 18m, and the slope i=0.02. The lining is made of YN-LG- 1.0 lightweight high-alumina firebrick and refractory mortar. Filled thermal insulation materials are 80-thick loose expanded perlite and 100-thick cement expanded perlite products. The concrete strength grade cushion is C 10, and the foundation slab and wall are C25.
Thickness of steel protective layer: foundation 35, tunnel wall 30.
2. Construction plan
Under the 2. 1 smoke crossing, the conventional inverted formwork method is adopted for construction.
2.2 For the cylinder above the smoke crossing, the inverted formwork construction technology of lifting the derrick by shaking the head and pulling the rod is adopted.
2.3 Platform installation shall be carried out synchronously with the cylinders.
2.4 When the cylinder is constructed to 60m, lining shall be carried out from bottom to top.
2.5 ladder installation should be carried out at the same time as the cylinder construction.
2.6 platform demolition: semi-integral demolition.
3. Construction preparation

3.3 Design and assembly of operating platform and vertical transportation system.
3.3. 1 Design and assembly of operating platform system
The operating platform system consists of jack-up derrick, radiation beam, cable, inner steel ring, outer steel ring and outer hanger. Jack-up derrick is a single-hole frame with an inner diameter of 1m, which is composed of four L75×5 angles, L50×5 angles and 28 angles with a length of1.2m. The radiation beam is composed of16/kloc-with a length of 4.8m. The radiation beam and the lifting boom are welded together. The external hanger is composed of 16 U-shaped L50×5 angle steel, with a length of 6.3 meters. Each hanger is welded with three short supports with L50×5 angle steel every 2.0m, which is used for laying boards. Hang it on the radiation beam and fix it with the fixing fixture. 5 cm thick wooden boards are laid between every two suspenders, and the frame and the suspenders are fastened with iron wires. Close-mesh safety nets are arranged at the bottom and outside of the external rack. (as shown)
3.3.2 Design and assembly of vertical transportation system
The vertical transportation system is mainly composed of two 3T electric control hoists, shaking tie rods, legs, hanging cages and eight 5T lifting hoists. The leg part is composed of 16 14a channel steel, with a length of 9.0m Every two channel steels are opposite, and the tube wall is clamped in the middle, which is connected by φ20 bolts with a distance of 500mm. The bolt length is+100mm, and the distance between two channel steels is 100mm, which is connected by φ30 bolts, and the bolt length varies with the cylinder diameter. Install a φ 108, 6m long pull rod on the lifting boom, and install a pulley on the top of the pull rod; Two pulleys are installed at the top of the lifting hanger to install the wire rope of the hoist.
Platform assembly
When the operating platform is at the smoke crossing, it is assembled with a 30t truck crane. The main assembly procedures are as follows:
Play the cross center line and divide the radiation beam axis.
Weld the lifting boom according to the drawing.
Weld the radiation beam and lifting boom into a whole according to the drawings.
Install a rocking rod on the derrick.
Fix the leg on the cylinder wall with φ20 bolts through the reserved bolt holes on the cylinder wall, and connect the lower end of the leg with φ30 bolts.
Hang the suspenders on the radiation beams respectively and fix them with fixing fixtures. Spread 5cm thick boards between the two suspenders, and tie the boards between the boards and the hooks with iron wires.
Spread a 5cm board on the radiation beam, tie it tightly with iron wire, weld the fence with φ20 short pipe and -50×3 flat iron around it, and arrange a safety net at the outside and bottom of the hanger.
Put the operating platform into the chimney with a crane, adjust it to the central position and put it down.
Hang the gourd on your leg, tie the radiation beam at the lower part, and you can climb up. Pay attention to when lifting the operating platform, eight people should shout slogans together, and the frequency and radiation should be consistent to keep the operating platform rising steadily.
By installing the wire rope of the hoist on the derrick and pull rod, the hoist can be used to transport materials.
