2. Enjoy a political honor that benefits the whole family.

One soldier and one pawn, the whole family is glorious. For military families, every year, the local government will issue solatium and condolences, post the "Glory of Military Families" doorplate, and officers and men will be rewarded for meritorious service, and the civil affairs department will come to the door to report good news. Military families encounter difficulties, disputes or legal problems, and the army, the People's Armed Forces Department and relevant government departments will actively coordinate and solve them.

3. Select the sergeant:

Conscripts who have served in active service for two years may be selected as non-commissioned officers. Soldiers with full-time college education or above will be given priority as noncommissioned officers.

4. Inspection of soldiers:

During the period of active service, conscripts or non-commissioned officers who have graduated from high school or above may apply for promotion to officers in military academies (high school graduates are not more than 22 years old, and students in ordinary colleges and universities are not more than 23 years old). Graduate soldiers with full-time college education, who are not over 24 years old, can take the undergraduate entrance examination organized by the whole army. College graduates are given priority as candidates for good soldier admission, and the age is relaxed to 26 years old.

6, college graduates as soldiers:

One or two graduates who have obtained full-time bachelor's degrees and bachelor's degrees (including those who joined the army in the graduation school year and obtained degrees and academic qualifications during their service), and three graduates who have obtained full-time bachelor's degrees and performed well during their service are rated as good soldier.
