2. Newly issued household registration books, household registration certificates and household registration certificates are no longer marked with the nature of the household, and the "household" column shall be printed as "household" or "collective household".
3, the original "household registration book", according to the principle of voluntary replacement.
4, the account moved outside the city, such as the field or I request to indicate the nature of the account, according to historical records; It is difficult to determine the nature of the household registration because of repeated migration. In principle, those living in urban built-up areas will be moved out according to the "non-agricultural" household registration, and those living in rural areas will be moved out according to the "agricultural" household registration. The people have special needs and must be truthfully marked through investigation.
Second, the account access of buyers.
Foreign citizens who purchase complete sets of newly-built commercial housing in our city area, pay in full, obtain the property ownership certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC), actually live and have a stable income are allowed to settle down with their immediate family members who live with * * *. Commercial housing refers to the commercial housing developed and sold by the real estate development department according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Construction, excluding second-hand houses and self-built houses; For commercial housing with the same property right, if the property owner is a non-local resident, 1 person is allowed to settle down in accordance with the relevant conditions for house purchase; If the property owner is a permanent resident of Taiyuan, some people in other places will no longer move in and settle down according to the policy of purchasing houses.

9. Apply for immediate family members to move with them, and issue immediate family members' certificates and family planning certificates when applying for children to move with them;

Three, the immediate family members of the account access
Residents with permanent residence, living conditions and stable income in our city and their immediate family members living together should be allowed to settle down as foreign residents. If parents take refuge in their children, they can no longer apply for other children to move from other places in the name of taking refuge in their parents.

The police station accepts materials at any time and reports them to the public security bureau and the county (city) bureau once a month. The public security bureau and the county (city) bureau shall complete the examination and approval within one month after receiving the materials.
Four, all kinds of talent account access
Foreign citizens with nationally recognized bachelor's degree or above, intermediate titles or special skills in short supply in our city are allowed to settle in our city if they want to work in our city and participate in various social insurances according to law.
Materials required:

Those who have a bachelor's degree or above shall go through the examination formalities at the Employment Service Guidance Center for College Graduates in Shanxi Province with this form and proof of education. Party and government organs, institutions, people's organizations, transferred personnel, employed personnel and national civil servants are still settled according to the current management measures.
VII. Conditions for establishing collective households
Where there are office, production and business premises with their own property rights, and the number of employees exceeds 10, any unit that can provide legal collective residence for employees and determine the person to manage the collective account can apply to the resident police station, which will review it, report it to the public security bureau and the county (city) bureau for approval and report it to the municipal public security bureau for the record, and then set up a collective household. Units unconditionally set up collective households, and police stations set up special collective households to solve the problems of investment taxpayers and recruiters in a unified way, and designate special personnel to be responsible for daily management. Collective hukou personnel (excluding all kinds of students' collective households) can move in this city after they get married or have a legally fixed residence (with valid certificates such as Real Estate Certificate or purchase contract, purchase invoice or unit housing certificate).
Eight, immediate family members refer to: husband and wife, parents, unmarried children who have no ability to live independently (children who have reached the age of marriage must have the unmarried certificate issued by the civil affairs department where the household registration is located, except for divorce and widowhood). Proof of immediate family members includes: marriage certificate, birth certificate, certificate of immediate family members issued by public security organs or notary offices and other valid documents.
9. Family planning certificate refers to the certificate issued by the family planning department of the township or sub-district office where the applicant's household registration is located, or the punishment certificate.
10. The household registration certificate refers to the computer printout of the household registration certificate or permanent residence booklet, which must have the 18 resident ID number and be stamped with the special seal for household registration of the police station.
XI。 The application registration form was redesigned according to the Opinions of Taiyuan Municipal People's Government on Further Reforming the Household Registration Management System, and published in the column of Taiyuan Municipal Government Affairs Hall website. Twelve, "People's Republic of China (PRC) * * and China's Housing Ownership Certificate" and complete sets of new commercial housing must be appraised by Taiyuan Real Estate Management Bureau, and only after the application registration form is endorsed and sealed in the column of "Review Opinions of Relevant Departments" can the declaration procedures be fulfilled.
Thirteen, the "Graduation Certificate" shall be certified by the Employment Service Guidance Center for College Graduates in Shanxi Province (Shanxi Education Talent Service Center), and the declaration formalities shall be fulfilled only after the application registration form and the audit opinions of relevant departments are endorsed and sealed. .
14. The special skills in short supply in our city and the technical level (professional title) employed by the employing unit shall be appraised by the labor and social security department of Taiyuan City, and the application registration form shall be marked and sealed in the column of "Audit opinions of relevant departments" before going through the declaration procedures.
15. Various social insurance payment vouchers refer to special bills for payment of endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and medical insurance.
16. Residents of Gujiao City, Qingxu County, loufan county County and Yangqu County in our city move into urban areas (including economic and technological development zones, high-tech development zones and private economic development zones) and declare according to the above provisions. Non-local personnel who have moved to the above-mentioned counties and cities may continue to implement the Notice of the General Office of Taiyuan Municipal People's Government on Forwarding the Implementation Opinions of the Municipal Public Security Bureau on Promoting the Reform of the Household Registration Management System in Small Towns (He Ban Fa [2003]14).
Seventeen, the city (including economic and technological development zones, high-tech development zones, private economic development zones) within the scope of residents, as long as they have a legal fixed residence and actually live, can flow in the urban area. It is strictly forbidden to separate people from households by building households in various names.
Eighteen, the detailed rules for the implementation since June, 2007 1 day, the original provisions of our city and the detailed rules for the implementation of the conflict, the latter shall prevail, the other does not conflict still according to the original provisions, only cancel the "settled in Taiyuan city index table" and "urbanized" plan index table.
