Staff of state organs and institutions who have reached retirement age and meet retirement conditions

workflow

1. Provincial unit: A letter of introduction will be issued by the personnel department (veteran cadre) of the unit, indicating the name of the recipient and the number of retirement certificates to be received, and will be collected at the provincial retirement office.

2. City and county (district) units: A letter of introduction issued by the personnel retirement management department at the city and county (district) levels, stating the name of the purchasing unit, the name of the purchasing agent and the number of retirement certificates purchased, and purchasing them from the distribution group of the Provincial Civil Service Bureau (Provincial Human Resources Development Department); City, county (District) retired cadres where the unit needs to issue a letter of introduction, to the local personnel retirement department to receive.

Charge standard and basis

The production of retirement certificate shall be invited by the Provincial Personnel Department, and shall be uniformly produced according to the standards of the Ministry of Personnel (with double anti-counterfeiting marks). According to the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Finance and the State Planning Commission on Issues Concerning the Issuance of Veterans' Retirement Certificates, Retirement Certificates and Honorary Certificates (No.1997), provincial units issue them free of charge; Municipalities and counties (districts) shall print and sell retirement certificates uniformly by the Provincial Retirement Management Office, with a charge of 0.90 yuan per copy.
