On September 2017 13, thomas bach announced that the host city of the 2028 Olympic Games was Los Angeles. In order to keep the course of the next eight years fresh, the striking letter L and the number 28 are the foundation of the emblem, and the dynamic letter A is used to express different stories of the city.
