The resolution pointed out that the basic feature of the current situation is that Japanese imperialism wants to turn China into its colony. This situation raises a question: What about all classes and political factions in China? Therefore, the party's strategic task is to mobilize, unite and organize all revolutionary forces of China and the whole nation and oppose Japanese imperialism, the main enemy at present.

This meeting is an important meeting held in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China after Zunyi Meeting. Scientifically summed up the basic experience of the two revolutionary civil wars, solved the political and strategic problems that Zunyi Conference failed to solve in time, determined the policy of establishing an anti-Japanese national United front, and laid a political foundation for the party to lead the people of the whole country to meet the great War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
