Changsha Zheng Da Co., Ltd. signed a contract with a large poultry farm, adopting the production and operation concepts of partnership, profit sharing, company management, farmers' production, market operation and risk mitigation. Hunan Baicaoyuan Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. introduced 2,500 Lu Hua chickens from Shandong for breeding, and now develops 5,000 poultry; Desheng Farm introduced and cultivated Lu Hua chicken 20xx feathers; From seedling raising to breeding to sales, one-stop service has been produced. There are 270 black goats in Jiulong Black Goat Scale Farm, with grassland 15 mu, mountain area of 600 mu, standardized enclosure of 780 square meters, and complete feeding facilities. Two, strengthen the prevention and control of animal diseases, to ensure the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products.

The "side effect" of animal epidemic prevention immunity is zero throughout the year, which ensures that there is no major animal epidemic in the town.
(3) Strengthen supervision to ensure safety: the quality and safety of livestock and poultry aquatic products are strongly guaranteed. The animal epidemic prevention station assists the Veterinary Drug Feed Quality and Safety Department of the Municipal Bureau to supervise veterinary drug stores, feed distributors and large-scale farms in the town, and conducts sampling inspection every quarter, checking farmers' production records, breeding files, feed and purchase and sale records, disinfection and harmless treatment records, checking the quality supervision files, prohibited drugs and expired products of veterinary drug stores and feed distributors, and conducting 2565 batches of "Clenbuterol" urine samples for slaughtered pigs throughout the year, and randomly checking 120 households. The test result is negative, which meets the product quality requirements.
Third, strengthen fishery supervision and protect fishery resources.
Animal epidemic prevention and quarantine stations continue to publicize the legal awareness of the broad masses of cadres and people to protect fishery resources and fishery ecological environment, enhance villagers' awareness of abiding by the law, organize various forces, adopt various publicity methods, and earnestly strengthen the publicity of fishery laws and regulations for villagers in our town:

(1) Standardize administrative law enforcement: seriously organize all station personnel to participate in administrative law enforcement training and study, strictly enforce work discipline, improve law enforcement level, actively cooperate with a case of dead pig processing dens seized by the Municipal Health Supervision Bureau, organize and publicize the fishing ban, severely crack down on illegal incidents of electricity, medicine and fish frying, and severely crack down on illegal activities of selling, processing and managing sick animals.

(3) Intensify the crackdown: At 9: 00 a.m. on May 6, the animal epidemic prevention and quarantine station cooperated with the leaders of the environmental improvement office of the town government to supervise the aquaculture pollution control along the Liuyang River in Bajiaoting Village. (4) Effective disposal of dead animals: severely crack down on littering, divide employees' responsibility areas, sign a work responsibility investigation system, and make it clear that institutions will focus on investigation at any time. Throughout the year, centralized investigation was organized, and more than 20 kilometers along the river and waterway were trekked for 5 times, and 62 times were disposed of at any time, involving 436 people, and 665,438 dead animals and 39 bags of animal offal were salvaged. Make sure to deal with it in time when it is found.
Five, standardize the station management, establish and improve the system.
