At the same time, China has a vast territory and many ethnic groups, and there are many and complicated Chinese dialects, which brings certain difficulties to people from different regions and ethnic groups. As the only language that can cross the barrier of Chinese dialects and communicate with other fraternal nationalities, Putonghua has become the same language of the Chinese nation. Standardizing Chinese characters is the best tool to record this homonym. The standardization of language and writing is of great significance to national unity, national unity, economic development and social progress.

However, when we wander the streets in our spare time, Chinese can be seen everywhere, but when we look closely, the names of shops, slogans and plaques on the streets are not uniform, some are simplified characters, some are traditional characters, some are rare words, and some are even misspelled ... all kinds and uneven. This is because a considerable number of people do not pay enough attention to standardizing street characters, and the relevant departments are lax in discipline, which makes these phenomena more and more serious. These words have brought us more or less influence. Primary school students who have just entered school do not have a deep grasp of Chinese. After they come into contact with these irregular words, they will "replace right with wrong" over time. How wrong this is!

Not only this case, but also there are many acts of desecrating China's spoken and written language, such as "no inflammation in the mouth" and "no mosquitoes in silence" ... These acts of misusing homonyms disturb the beautiful norms of Chinese language and writing, which is very unfavorable for us to standardize the use of Chinese language and writing.

In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with proper humor, but it can't disturb the norms of beautiful Chinese language and writing. For example, in fire propaganda, the words "nip in the bud" are deliberately written as "nip in the bud" ... Even adults, influenced by it, will inevitably be confused and make mistakes. It is hard to imagine what impact it will have on primary and secondary school students in the language learning stage.

To this end, I put forward the following suggestions: First, the industrial and commercial departments should strictly manage the examination and approval of public house numbers, because this is the source of irregular street characters, and we must first put an end to it. Two, the relevant departments should regularly check to prevent "fish from the net", so that the street characters are unified and standardized. Third, publicize the importance of standardizing street characters in the form of media and strengthen public awareness. Fourth, citizens should be self-disciplined, especially some politicians and celebrities. When they write inscriptions and plaques for commercial buildings and companies, they should not arbitrarily express what they think is a word on the grounds of habit. If everyone does his part, the number of irregular words will be greatly reduced. 5. Warn the shop language that is not standardized enough, and appropriately punish those who refuse to change course. Sixth, the school should organize such meaningful comprehensive practical activities, so that the flowers of the motherland can understand this aspect from an early age and raise their awareness.

Chinese fonts are beautiful, rich in connotation, expressive and convey information. We should cherish it and don't use it indiscriminately, otherwise it will spoil this precious human wealth.

In a word, defending the standardization and purity of Chinese characters is the most basic right and obligation of every citizen in culture. In particular, educators in our school should pay more attention to the education of students in this respect.
