1, permanence does not mean to stick to what is permanent, but to judge what is permanent.
Many people say that the only constant in this world is change, but there are some things that we can be sure of, such as birth, illness and death, which will happen, but we don't know when it will happen.
2. Operation is to integrate a bunch of complex technologies, things and processes into a simple product. Give the simple experience to the user and leave the complicated experience to yourself.
3. If a person who claims to be a long-term activist is always staring at the target, it can only mean two things:
He has little confidence in this goal. It's like singing at night to cheer yourself up.
He showed a long-term performance.
4, long-term doctrine is not insist on repeating a correct event, but insist on improving a small thing.
For example, Disney's long-term goal is to provide family entertainment, that is, family fun. Disney's three guiding principles are: ① Don't swear. Don't swear when you are angry. ② There is no awkward sex scene. (3) there is no unnecessary violence. No bleeding.
5. Strategy = clear goal+points where resources can be optimized.
6. The essence of strategy is not "setting goals", but "solving problems", and solving problems through a series of coherent actions.
7. In the face of any goal, we can't overestimate our wishes. Only by concentrating all resources on one thing can we have a little chance of winning.
8. Characteristics of a bad strategy: It is not that the goal is unattractive, nor is it too ambitious, but that there is no point in the existing pattern where resources can be concentrated and optimized.
