If the ppt file is too large due to embedded fonts, you can cancel embedding fonts by clicking Options in the Save As dialog box. If you must use fonts (such as titles or slogans), you can use picture software to make small pictures (gif format is the smallest and jpg format has the highest compression ratio) and insert PPT. Use common fonts for the body part, not special fonts.
