Power supply enterprises should stop those who are found stealing electricity, and can stop power supply on the spot. Those who steal electricity should pay the electricity fee according to the amount of electricity stolen, and bear the penalty of three times the electricity fee. Refuse to bear the responsibility of stealing electricity, the power supply enterprise shall report to the administrative department of electric power for handling according to law. If the amount of stealing electricity is large or the circumstances are serious, the power supply enterprise shall submit it to the judicial organ for criminal responsibility according to law.
