Right-click My Network Places, select Properties, and then double-click Local Area Connection (if you are a dial-up Internet user, select My Connection icon) to pop up the Local Area Connection Status dialog box.

2. Click the [Properties] button to open the Local Connection Properties, select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" in "This connection uses the following items", and then click the [Properties] button.

3. In the pop-up "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" dialog box, click the [Advanced] button. In the pop-up advanced TCP/IP settings, select the Options tab, select TCP/IP filtering, and then click the [Properties] button.

4. In the pop-up TCP/IP filtering dialog box, select the Enable TCP/IP filtering check box, and then select "Allow Only" on the TCP port on the left (see attached figure).

In this way, you can add or delete your own TCP or UDP or IP ports.

After adding or deleting, you can restart the machine.
