Li Fangming, male, born in 1957, is the deputy secretary-general of the Modern Chinese Hard-tipped Calligraphy Association and a director of the Chinese Contemporary Hard-tipped Calligraphers Association. He has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood. The small regular script of the Jin and Tang Dynasties laid a solid foundation, advocating writing standards, paying attention to the use of pens, emphasizing the inheritance of ancient methods in every move, and also pursuing the interest of thin, hard and magical coin calligraphy. Experts commented on his calligraphy works: "Dignified and elegant, with strong writing power." With a dignified demeanor, a free and easy pen posture, there is a strong emotion and agility between the lines." In 1992, Li Fangming, who was named a rising star in the ink world, emerged in hard-pen calligraphy and won first and second place in national competitions many times. First prize, since the publication of his personal monograph in 1993, more than 50 kinds of copybooks have been sold nationwide, and he was specially invited to participate in the compilation of "Chinese Pen Calligraphy - Popular Tutorial for Students". His copybooks are used as designated teaching materials in many schools because of their unique selection of materials, ingenious conception, novel layout and exquisite printing. In the first national hard-tipped calligraphy competition, he ranked first in the "Top Ten Copybook" award in the calligraphy group.
