Life is too short to dwell on. Life is always mixed with sorrow and joy, and gains and losses are equally important. This is the normal state of life, and no one can cross and avoid it. Learn to let go of things that make you unhappy and people that make you humble. Only by loving yourself will you be as fragrant as ever, and only by loving yourself will you experience a better life.
Everyone's arrival in this world is not necessarily poetry and distance, nor is it necessarily the immediate difficulties. Flowers and smooth roads are only ideal roads, and suffering and frustration are the obstacles in life. Since everyone's growth has to go through hardships, there is no need to dwell on it, let go, see through it and feel at ease.
