These four sentences should all describe the accomplishments of painting.
I don't quite understand the first two sentences, but the general idea should be to describe someone's artistic conception of painting a tiger.
The last two sentences mentioned two people respectively, Han Gan and Dai Song.
Han Gan, a painter in Tang Dynasty. Jingzhao Lantian (now Xi 'an, Shaanxi) was born, and one was a girder (now Kaifeng, Henan). It is said that when I was young, I worked as an employee in a restaurant. With the support of Wang Wei, I have studied painting for more than ten years. He is good at drawing portraits, figures, ghosts and gods, flowers, bamboo and especially horses. He studied under Cao Ba and attached importance to sketching. During the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, he was called into the palace and sealed as a "sacrifice". After that, he studied painting with Chen Hong, a famous horse painter in the palace, but the progress was not very significant. Later, Han Gan changed the method of not sketching and copying, and often went to the stable to observe the habits of horses carefully, and found out their personality characteristics, their action rules and records of various horses through comparison. After a long time, people were surprised that Han Gan often entered the stables and even moved to live with the keepers. Han Gan replied, "I learn to draw horses. All the horses in the stable are my teachers." . In order to get a deeper understanding of the horse's habits, he often observes for hours at a time, explaining the specific details that other painters don't know clearly and keeping them in mind. After such a long time, horses' various shapes, magnificent running posture and ever-changing dynamics naturally live on paper when painting. So people all praised Han Gan's horse as a walking horse.
Dai Song was a painter in the Tang Dynasty. Han Yun's disciple. He is good at painting the scenery of Tianjia and Chuanyuan, especially buffalo, which is later called "the wonder of wild bones and muscles". According to legend, a drinking cow was painted, and the reflection in the water was connected with the lips and nose, so the observation was very subtle. My brother Day is good at drawing buffaloes. Li Rihua's evaluation of his paintings in the Ming Dynasty is: "Those who know the image solidly are not diligent, but only have ears." It is also called "Han Ma Dai Niu" with Han Gan's horse painting. The works handed down from ancient times include "Bullfighting Map".
Therefore, horses in Han Gan and cattle in Dai Song are unique in the world. Think about it, the first two sentences should be a vivid description of a tiger painter.
