Buddha's motto
1. Peace
1. Peace comes from the heart, don't seek it out!
second, let go of the troubles of the past, worry about the future and cling to the present, and your heart will be calm.
Third, we are not jealous, greedy or selfish. In all cases, we hold that peace in our hearts, which is noble!
Fourth, don't overestimate what you get, and don't be jealous or envious of others, so you won't get a peaceful mind.
5. When a person tastes the delicious food of loneliness and tranquility, he will not have the psychology of fear and criminal behavior.
second, selfish desires
sixth, the root of pain is selfish desires, whether it is the desire for happiness, revenge, or just the desire for longevity, it will lead to pain.
VII. Desire can lead to pain, the main reason is that desire can never be fully satisfied.
VIII. Sorrow arises from lust, and fear arises from lust. Those who pull out lust have neither sorrow nor fear.
3. bondage
9. It is despicable to be stubborn about one thing (or some kind of opinion) and despise other things. The wise call it' bondage'.
1. If there is no greed and hatred, there will be no bondage.
11. Greed is the fiercest fire, hatred is the worst persistence, confusion and wrong opinions are the most difficult nets to escape, and love is the most difficult river to cross.
one, two, one should abandon anger, pull out arrogance and transcend all bondage. People who don't cling to the mind and material can get real peace in their hearts without external influence.
13. Wise people say that the shackles made of iron, wood and hemp rope are not firm shackles, but infatuation with jewelry, earrings and wife is the strongest one.
14. All desires have only a little sweetness, but they hide quite a lot of distress.
15. People who indulge in lust are as frightened as rabbits trapped in a cage, bound by bondage and persistence, and suffering from pain for a long time.
16. People who are trapped by incorrect thoughts and have a strong desire for sensual pleasure will have a double desire and a stronger bondage.
4. Insight
17. You should not judge things only by logic, inference or the appearance of things.
18th, only when you know that something is really imperfect and wrong can you get rid of it. Only when you really know that something is perfect and correct can you accept it and practice it.
19. take unreal things as truth, take real things as unreal, stay in unreal thoughts, and never reach the realm of truth.
a wise man is not easily influenced by other people's ideas.
21. Don't be influenced by any reports, traditions or rumors.
22. Don't believe what others say, don't believe rumors, and don't trust ordinary books absolutely.
23. Don't trust your own guess, don't believe it just because it is the same as your opinion, and don't trust authority casually.
24. It is not proper to judge things rashly. A wise man should observe both right and wrong at the same time.
V. Wish
25. May all sentient beings be happy, peaceful and contented!
26. Let the infinite love in our hearts spread all over the world-no matter that corner of the universe-without any obstacles, resentment or hostility.
erqi, may all sentient beings be happy inside. Whether we can see them or not, whether they are in the distance or nearby, born or unborn!
28. As long as one is awake, one should keep this kind of compassionate mind whether walking, living, sitting or lying down.
29. May I be generous and willing to help others. May I be pure in mind and body, honest, simple and innocent, good in character and free from evil thoughts. May I be unselfish, possessive and selfless, even at the expense of my ego. I wish I were smart enough to tell others the benefits of true burial and knowledge.
3. I hope I can work hard and be diligent. May I be tolerant, tolerant and forgive others' mistakes, and may I keep my promise.
Sany, I hope I can be resolute and brave, with perseverance and perseverance. I wish I could be kind, friendly and compassionate. May I be humble, peaceful, quiet, calm and serene. I hope I can go to the perfect road and serve others happily.
32. May all living things, animals and human beings have no resentment, disease or sadness, and may they all protect themselves happily.
VI. Kindness
III. Let us treat all living things with infinite love, just as a loving mother risks her life to protect her only child.
34. In this world, hatred can never be stopped. It is an eternal truth that hatred can only be stopped by kindness.
35. Never cheat others, and never despise people anywhere. In places full of anger and malice, let us treat them with kindness so that they will not be harmed in the slightest.
36. influence resentment with kindness, and influence evil with goodness. Use charity to influence meanness, and truth to influence lies.
notoginseng, all animals are afraid of punishment, and all animals are afraid of death (all animals cherish life). Put yourself in others' shoes and compare with others. One should not kill animals or instigate others to kill animals.
VII. Worry
38. When a person feels dissatisfied and pursues it deliberately, he becomes a slave to thirst.
39. People who look for faults of others and get angry easily are suffering more and more. Leaving the realm of no worries is getting farther and farther.
4. Smart people do not expect the future, nor do they regret the past.
41. Winners attract resentment, while losers live in misery. Quiet people give up victory and defeat, so they are safe and happy.
42. Always think about the source of distress, be good at restraining your senses, eat moderately, be full of confidence and drive, and you will not be defeated by evil spirits, just as ōyama Iwao will not be shaken by the wind.
43. Usually, the following happens: after a person has been treated by a bad doctor, he doesn't even trust a good doctor.
44. Through confidence, good virtue, hard work, meditation, observation and experience of the truth, we can get rid of great troubles by understanding and practicing at the same time and often thinking correctly.
VIII. Obstacles
IV. Five. Every evil does more harm to the offender than to the victim.
46. Don't despise small evils, thinking that I won't be punished. The water bottle is full of small drops of water. Stupid people keep doing small bad things, and after a long time, the whole person is full of evil.
forty-seven, there are five obstacles to lucid perception: greed, hatred, sleep and drowsiness, anxiety and anxiety, and doubt.
48. When the evil behavior is not mature (has not yet produced results), stupid people regard the evil behavior as sweet. But when his behavior is mature, he is sad.
49. People who have no faith, are unfaithful, love to lie and don't consider the afterlife will probably do all kinds of evil acts.
5. Before the evil deeds are mature, the evil doer always thinks that he has done a perfect job, but when the evil deeds are mature, the evil doer will taste the bad consequences.
May Day, killing, stealing, lying and lewdness, smart people will never appreciate these four evil things.
52. Lying is the root of evil. It makes a person live in a bad state, and his mouth smells bad. What he says is disliked and despised by others.
53. All sentient beings yearn for happiness. Those who kill all beings with a rod for their own happiness will have no peace in the future.
during the may 4th movement, infidelity is the dirt of women, and meanness is the dirt of charity. All bad words and deeds and ideas become the dirt of this life and future generations.
Love, hatred and stupidity are the three major evils of psychology. Killing, stealing and fornication are the three dirties of the body. Sow dissension (sow dissension). Swearing, lying and rhetoric are the four filth of language.
56. When a person does evil, his mind is covered with dirt. When a person does not do evil, his heart is clean. Cleanliness and dirt are entirely in your own hands, and others can't help you.
9. Sorrow
57. People who cling to themselves will be disturbed mentally. People who only consider themselves everywhere will bring sorrow to themselves.
58. He who has no greed for anything has no distress. So I said, in this state, there is no sorrow, no intense lust, and no disappointment.
59. If you love a hundred things, there will be a hundred worries; if you love ninety things, ten things, five things and two things, there will be ninety things, ten things, five things and two worries.
6. The world is constantly changing, and it is not constant for a long time.
61. Everything must die when it is alive.
62, life, old age, illness, death, sadness and disappointment, being with people you don't like, and insatiable desire, these attributes of existence are all bitterness!
63. Aging and death drive away the lives of all beings, just as a shepherd drives his cattle to the pasture with a stick in his hand.
June 4th, change and impermanence are the characteristics of life.
impermanence is a kind of (subtle) suffering.
Note: Everything that is not eternal will eventually deteriorate, change and disappear. Therefore, people with keen sense can detect its imperfection.
even when a person has happiness, it can't last forever.
67.' Everything that is conditional is impermanent.' When a person observes this truth with wisdom, he begins to get tired of all kinds of troubles, which is the way to achieve purity.
68. If you can truly understand the truth of distress, you can also know the source of distress, the realm without distress and the way to eliminate it.
1. Treat people
69. Treat people warmly and behave gracefully. As long as you are full of joy every day, your troubles will disappear without a trace.
7. Emotion is produced by the fate of the past and the love of the present, just as lotus is bred from water and soil.
71. If you build happiness on other people's pain in pursuit of happiness, you will be troubled by resentment and can't get rid of it.
72. treat everyone equally, regardless of whether they are rich or poor or noble.
73. Visiting patients should make them full of hope and happiness.
74. People love people who are loyal to the truth, have a good attitude, keep their word and are responsible for their positions.
75. A husband should treat his wife in the following five ways: First, praise each other's advantages. Second, never despise each other. Third, be faithful to her. Fourth, give Chu the authority to bury housework. Fifth, I often give her exquisite clothes.
76. A wife should treat her husband in the following five ways: First, keep the housework in order. Second, help the husband's relatives. Third, be faithful to your husband. Fourth, manage and save the husband's salary wisely. Fifth, be diligent but not lazy.
77. There are four principles for serving the society: generosity; Thoughtful speech; Cooperate with each other; Behave in season and be polite. These four principles are like the axle of a car, which can make the wheels turn.
78. People who serve the society are easy to get along with others, helpful and understand each other's needs, and teach others generously and patiently. Such a good man will surely be rewarded in the future.
79. You must be patient, loving and enthusiastic about serving.
XI. Mood
8. When a person's speech and behavior have good motives, happiness will follow him like a shadow.
Bayi, all realms are guided by the heart. The heart is the master, and all realms are caused by the heart. If a person speaks and behaves with a filthy heart, then distress will immediately follow him, just like a wheel following an ox's hoof.
82. How happy it is to be in contact with worldly things, free from temptation, sorrow and flaws, and secure in mind!
eighty-three, a wise man often removes dirt from his heart, just as a craftsman removes impurities from a silver mine.
eighty-four, prevent the anger of the mind, adjust the spirit of mind, abandon evil thoughts, and sincerely fulfill the right path.
Disciples of Gautama (Sakyamuni's surname): You should wake up well, and always miss the perfect saint-Buddha day and night.
12. Do good deeds
86. Do good deeds in time, lest you have bad thoughts again. Anyone who procrastinates is not easily insulated from evil things.
87. Life is bound to die, so we should do more good deeds while we are alive, just like making many wreaths from a pile of flowers.
eight or eight, don't despise small kindness, thinking that I won't be punished. Small drops of water keep falling, and finally they can fill the whole bottle, so the wise man gradually accumulates small kindness, which makes him full of blessings.
89. Be tolerant among impatient people, gentle among violent people and generous among greedy people.
9. Don't do anything bad, cultivate all good deeds and purify your mind. This is the Buddha's teaching.
XIII. Implementing
September 1st, only saying good words without implementing them is fruitless. This is like a beautiful flower with only color but no fragrance.
92. Although you don't read many sacred texts, you follow the teaching method, get rid of greed, hatred and ignorance, have correct wisdom, have no worries in your heart, and don't covet this life and the afterlife, which is the practitioner of enlightening your mind.
93. Teach others to set an example first. Restrain yourself before you can restrain others. It's really hard to restrain yourself!
94. If you don't say rude words, you won't hurt all sentient beings. Follow the Buddha's advice, practice discipline, eat moderately, live in a quiet place, and devote yourself to noble awareness. This is the Buddha's teaching.
In the Ninth Five-Year Plan, it is no good for a stupid person to gain knowledge and reputation, which not only damages his happiness, but also makes him headstrong.
96. Reading a thousand useless words, it is better to hear only one useful word, which brings people peace.
In 1997, brightly colored and beautiful flowers without fragrance will not bring much happiness to the people you wear; It is of little benefit to hear good words but not to practice them.
14. Save
98. You should not find fault with others and criticize what others have done and not done. We should always reflect on our mistakes and consider what we have done and what we have not done.
A wise man reviews his words and deeds every day.
1. Conquering a million masters on the battlefield is far worse than conquering yourself. He who conquers himself is the greatest conqueror.
11. Overcoming yourself is indeed more noble than defeating others!
12. Other people's faults are easy to find, but their own are not easy to find. Spreading the faults of others is as easy as discarding rice husk. But hiding one's shortcomings is as cunning as a gambler hiding dice.
13. Know your own weaknesses and try to improve them.
14. If a person repents and starts to do good, just as the bright moon is not covered by dark clouds, it can light up the earth.
15. You should have the courage to admit your mistakes to others!
16. Repentance includes reform!
15. Words and deeds
17. Bad results are caused by one's own actions, just like iron will be corroded by rust after it rusts.
18. Behavior makes the difference between lowliness and nobility. Note: here
