So if the logs are not divided, how can they be made into wine vessels! How can white jade be made into jade without being destroyed! The natural nature of mankind is not abandoned, how can it be necessary to be kind!
Don't deviate from nature, don't deviate from the truth, how can you use rites and music! If the five colors are not disturbing, how can we bring out the literary colors! How can you reconcile the five tones with the six tones if they are not mixed!
7. The husband's disability is a device, and the craftsman's sin is also; It is wrong for a saint to destroy virtue and think it is just.
It is a carpenter's sin to break down logs to make utensils; It is the fault of saints to destroy human nature in order to preach the so-called benevolence and righteousness.
