In particular, some high-ranking officials and dignitaries, according to their status, will and pursuit, wrote couplets engraved on their halls and pillars to express their interests. At the same time, in the process of marriage, write couplets and give them to relatives and friends to express congratulations and condolences. Especially in some temples, temples, courtyards, ancestral halls and academies in China, couplets are mostly written on halls, columns and doors. The connotation of couplets is to appeal to both refined and popular tastes, so that people can understand its meaning at a glance. Therefore, couplets are a wonderful work in the history of China literature.

Couplets of scenic spots and historic sites

Muxian Pavilion, one of the eight scenic spots in Zhucheng, was built by Huangwu, a magistrate of Zhucheng County in the 6th year of Jingtai in Ming Dynasty (1455). The couplet is:

Yesterday, I saw my feelings, but I didn't just push the hand of the country;

On the stage, I admire you. I will always remain loyal and love the people's hearts.

Couplets of Yegong Temple at the southern foot of Xishan Mountain in Mazhuang Township;

In front of Bai Yushan Village in the urban area, there used to be Yang Gong Temple in the Ming Dynasty, and:

The national scholar is unparalleled in two countries; Loyal ministers are not two loyal ministers.

Ding Weining and Yang Zhilian's boat in Dingjialou, Xiading, Jiuxian Mountain;

Zhucheng mingmen ancestral hall couplets

There are two couplets in Xiangzhou Wang ancestral hall:

The long history is divided into one vein; Deep roots and luxuriant leaves.

Filial piety, Li Tian and Sun Zigeng; The article was reported to the ancestors.

The Ancestral Temple of King V of Xiangzhou, written by Zhao Zhixin, a Jinshi of Kangxi Yidu, has a long couplet:

Occupy the spring and autumn two lists, meridian You Mao, Chen Wu ugly, and graduated from high school, in the year of the sea;

It seems that the robe is full of beds, grandparents, brothers and uncles, and even nephews and sons-in-law.

There are four couplets in the ancestral hall of "Zhang Si Yi" in Puqing Village, Zhigou Town.

Gate couplet:

The village faces Zhuge Road; The gate of Jisuncheng.

Ancestral hall bright column couplets:

Up and down the river, there is no land to cultivate, and the beam is also wheat and millet;

There are about 30 chapters, and there are books on poetics that can be read and studied.

He Fangyuan Lin Heting couplets II:

Pieces of stone are immortal; The whole family reads The Crane Classic.

The dragon lies in the clouds; The height of the crane is as high as the moon.

Zhang ancestral hall couplets:

Cranes go to Tianyao atrium, and firewood, agriculture and fishing, and songs will last forever;

As soon as Mei Kai was born, people thought about it, and the sound of books and music came out every year.

Zhucheng gentlefolk mingmen couplets

Xu Huifeng, the minister of the Ministry of War in the late Qing Dynasty, wrote a book for the calligrapher of the Qing Dynasty:

The vast world of seagulls; Nine autumn winds smell like cranes.

There are two couplets in Shidingfu, a descendant city of Ding Weining in Ming Dynasty.

First of all, Liu Yong, a famous calligrapher in Qing Dynasty, wrote a couplet:

Lan Yanzhu joined the guests and friends with a smile; Stone bone loose posture * * * years old.

Second, the late Qing scholar Lu Runxiang wrote:

Clouds attract springs; The seedling fertilizer was removed in the rain.

The straight Puqing Zhang family has been promoted for many generations, but they just don't want to be an official. Zhang, the father of "Zhang Sifu", wrote couplets by himself;

Four generations gave birth to three generations of tribute; 90-year-old mother and 70-year-old child.

There are three couplets in Zangjia Courtyard of Zangjiazhuang, Hanlin in the late Qing Dynasty:

Flowers are as sincere as words; Stone can't be said to be the cutest.

Water can be my friend; Zhu Jie's modesty is my teacher.

Zhucheng temple couplets

There are two couplets in Chenghuang Temple.

First of all:

It is expected that this body will not live long, so why bother to do these evil things;

I wanted to be a good person in my last life.

Second:

Evil will be destroyed, and if it is not destroyed, the ancestors will be Dodd and the virtues will be destroyed;

If you do good deeds, you will succeed. If you don't prosper, your ancestors will suffer. If you prosper, you will prosper.

Temple Alliance in Gu Song City:

Clouds and mountains spit at the beginning of the moon; Late at night, the ancient bell rang.

There are two kinds of couplets in Sanqing view.

First of all:

Dragon Pan Jinding Mountain Gate is quiet; The tiger bypassed Huang Ting Road Hospital.

Second:

The sage of Donglu once asked us for enlightenment;

Western Buddhism is also aware of the vacuum from China.

The couplets of Guandi Temple in the city:

Famous mountains are unparalleled; Magic is not seconds.

Wang Renlian Dianying Guangming Temple: Call back the dreamer through the voice of Buddha's name.

Welcome Xu Dong Fang Chun again; The fragrance of the upper bound guests is new.

Sanqing Hall in the ancient "Yangxi Village" of the Great Wall is dedicated to three statues of Guan Yu, Bao Zheng and Hai Rui, and the couplets of the temples:

A veteran of Han, Song and Ming Dynasties; Guan Baohai will always be loyal.

There are three elegiac couplets in the memorial tower of anti-Japanese martyrs on the western hill of Mazhuang Town. First of all:

One hundred years after the death of martyr Wang Jinmei, the famous poet Cang Kejia wrote an inscription:

Celebrity Shi Deyu is a rare childhood hero;

Pay tribute to your sadness and don't let your tears overflow the piano hall.

The couplets written by Liu Tongxun, a sage in Qing Dynasty, are now in Zhucheng Museum:

Smoke and dusk show new poems; Open scenery, painting ancient paintings.

The couplets written by Liu Datong, a revolutionary in the late Qing Dynasty, are now in Zhucheng Museum:

Dai Yuebu Guiyu; Looking at the crane peak with poetry.
