This morning, I listened to the lecture given by Liu Peihua, one of the top ten class teachers in China, which was very useful. Teacher Liu's lecture is very grounded, telling his own mental journey from a grassroots teacher to a top ten class teacher and a national famous teacher.

Mr. Liu is tall, plain, loud and humorous. Mr. Liu speaks Jining Putonghua, which is not very standard. He stood and gave us a lecture all the time, full of sound and emotion, and told us every educational story full of wisdom. Listening to Mr. Liu's class, time passed unconsciously. During this period, Teacher Liu also played a touching and affectionate video "A Jin of Motherly Love" for us. I was deeply moved and couldn't help but burst into tears.

Mr. Liu never forgot his initial intention. He talked about being a teacher with four qualities and having a teacher's life plan. Life without planning is called jigsaw puzzle, and life with planning is called blueprint; A life without goals is called wandering, and a life with goals is called sailing. Without a plan in life, opportunities will not be appreciated, success will not be favored, and happiness will not come.

Teacher Liu shared seven paths to happiness for us. Reading, taking books as friends; Reflection, thinking often and thinking well; Writing, achieving growth; Network, self-cultivation; Practice, bow down and do things; Childlike heart, soul blending; Share and pass on happiness.

Teacher Liu told us about his spiritual journey and his experiences of stealing books, buying books, copying books, cutting books, reading books, writing books and eating books. Impressive and thought-provoking.

It can be said that Mr. Liu's road to becoming a famous teacher depends on writing, diligent writing and extensive reading. Reading widely can only make a book. Teacher Liu said that you can not climb mountains all your life, but you must have a mountain in your heart. It makes you always climb high, it makes you always have a direction to struggle, and it makes you look up at any moment and see hope. There are two teachers in the teacher's heart who admire him very much. One is Yu Yongzheng, who just left us, and the other is Li Zhenxi, a national famous teacher. It is with these two masters as examples and goals that Mr. Liu used his 21-year teaching experience to show us a road from grassroots to famous teachers. I think everyone can embark on this road, realize their own value and achieve their own success as long as they work hard and have goals in mind.

Teacher Liu's start was not very smooth, but also full of hardships. A rural child, after repeated reading, went to normal school. Moreover, when I was in normal school, I failed in Chinese. But he has an initial heart for being a teacher and an enterprising heart. After unremitting efforts, I finally realized my dream and became a generation of famous teachers! In this self-deprecating way, Mr. Liu told us that young teachers should have dreams and be down-to-earth, and the ugly duckling will eventually become a white swan.

Teacher Ye Lan said that a teacher can't become a famous teacher by writing a lifetime teaching plan, but a teacher may become a famous teacher if he writes three years of teaching reflection. Teacher Liu is the practitioner of this famous saying. What to reflect on? Reflect on the color of success, the pen of pain and wit of failure, the point of flash, the joy of getting along, the beauty of life and the journey of happiness. And every reflection point, Mr. Liu is accompanied by vivid educational stories and cases. The image is vivid and unforgettable.

I am deeply ashamed of my way of teaching. I just bury myself in teaching, seldom reflect and think, and read and write too little. We must strengthen this aspect in the future. After the meeting, Mr. Liu also passed my WeChat, which made me an unknown junior very excited, which further demonstrated Mr. Liu's concern for the younger generation and approachable side. Teacher Liu encouraged me on WeChat to grow together!
