On the other hand, from the practical needs, we should promote countries to share responsibilities, meet challenges and win-win cooperation, and put forward that countries with different abilities and levels should bear common but differentiated responsibilities under the same goal in order to safeguard China's development interests in global governance.

Second, adhere to the principle of unity and pragmatism:

1. We should follow the basic principles of international relations and keep a pragmatic attitude when dealing with global governance issues. On the one hand, we will resolutely defend the international system with the United Nations at the core and the international order based on international law, and follow the norms of international relations such as the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.

2. On the other hand, starting from the reality of China's participation in global governance, we should solve the current difficulties in global governance, mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties with flexible cooperation mechanisms, unite more countries to participate in global governance, and do what we can to enhance China's right to speak in global governance step by step.
