There are not many ancient historical figures with the word "Xiao" in their names. Wang Xiaobo, a famous peasant uprising leader in the Northern Song Dynasty, revolted in Sichuan in 993 and died soon. The uprising led by Li Shun failed in 995. This uprising clearly put forward the battle slogan of "equal wealth", which marked that the peasant war in China entered a new stage.

Dong Xiaowan (1624- 165 1) was one of the "Eight Colors of Qinhuai" in the late Ming Dynasty.

Su Xiaoxiao of Nanqi is a legend, which is not recorded in the history books.
