Zhongwei High Temple was built in the orthodox period of Ming Dynasty, which is a temple integrating three religions. The so-called high temple, that is, on a platform of just over 4, square meters, there are more than 26 stacked buildings, with the tallest building as high as 29 meters. The buildings are connected by flying bridges with compact layout and extraordinary momentum. There are also wall brick carvings and sculptures such as "He Xiang Feng Ming" and "Lin Tu Yu Shu" in the temple.
? This poem "Awakening the World" was said by the master of this temple in the Ming Dynasty, among which there are many wise sayings that teach people to behave themselves:
From Zhongwei to the southeast, when approaching the entrance of the temple, the road is rugged and difficult to walk, and the riverbed is dry and uninhabited, only weeds stubbornly survive; I really don't know if those abandoned ruins were inhabited. Was there really water on this land at that time?
The temple mouth was called Beihai in ancient times. In the south, she lies on the fragrant hills, where the mountain road is extremely dangerous. In ancient times, it was the throat of Guyuan, Pingliang and Xi 'an. Historically, Sikouzi has become a battleground for military strategists because of its geographical position as the gateway to Yinnan and the barrier to Weining. Nowadays, the unique geographical terrain and long-standing allusions and legends have made Sikouzi a tourist attraction, with profound historical and cultural precipitation and distinctive natural landscape features, which is really rare:
Su Wu, a famous official in the Western Han Dynasty, was taken hostage by Khan as a fierce slave in those days, and then he was taken to Beihai (namely, Sikouzi Zhongwei Xiangshan) to shepherd sheep for 19 years, with a heart of Han, and all day long, he was "faithful and determined." In the 6th year of Emperor Zhao of the Han Dynasty, Su Wu returned to the DPRK when the fierce Han Dynasty reunited, and was worshipped as a typical country:
This is the Xiangshan Mountain where Su Wu has been herding sheep for 19 years, and there is a canyon between the two mountains. Su Wu lives in a cave on one mountain, and the sheep sleep in a cave on the opposite mountain (it is said that sheep go down the mountain to eat grass by themselves every morning and return to the "sheepfold" by themselves at night). There are stone lanterns used by Su Wu at that time in Kujie Hall, the grotto where Su Wu lived:
No one in the group dared to walk the cable bridge that flew across the two mountains. I like to try and take risks, so I went up and gave it a try, and I felt ok. Fasten the sling on your back and I'll walk up. The farther you go in the middle, the more you feel shaken, but you are not nervous at all. The wind was very strong. I took the camera in one hand and the rope in the other, and photographed the rare Danxia landform outside the Great Wall from different angles. Legs tremble, not because of fear, but because the wind is really strong, and the cable bridge keeps shaking:
Hanging rope, mountain climbing, rock climbing ... have a good view of play, and rock climbing at the temple entrance is one of the ideal areas for rock climbing in China:
In the eastern tour area, there is the "Temple Entrance Grand Canyon", where you can see wild Lycium barbarum growing at the foot of the mountain from time to time (Lycium barbarum in Zhongning, Ningxia is very good) There are many magical and beautiful myths and legends in the Grand Canyon. There are landscapes such as "a sight of heaven", "Tianjing Mountain", "Tongling Fairy Valley" and "immortal footprints". Look, lower left, do you see it? What about the "fairy footprints" that are interesting and natural:
? Trees that grow tenaciously between rocks:
a glimpse of the sky is amazing! Did you see it? Three meters below the rock is a gray surface, which is the trace of the torrent of flood! We are walking in this grand canyon. If there is a flood at this time, we will all be fish.
? A big square stone, stuck in the top, hanging:
? Can you tell the cow's head and horse's face?
? Strange caves and rocks shaped like charcoal fossils:
in the quiet valley, only our group walked through it. I used to take photos in the back alone. I was deeply mysterious, but I was also a little scared:
When I got out of the Grand Canyon, I stretched out my hands and clung to the cool rocks in the sun, breathing out the yin of the Grand Canyon, so that the sun restored my yang.

Ningxia, a fun place …
