Chapter VI Military Uniforms
The first section of the basic requirements of dress
Eighty-eighth soldiers should wear uniforms and logo clothing in accordance with the regulations, so that they are neat and solemn, and the standards of military capacity are strict (see Appendix V for the dress number, Appendix VI for the matching of uniforms and logo clothing, and Appendix VII for the method of affixing logo clothing).
After retiring from active service, soldiers usually wear casual clothes to participate in major commemorative and celebration activities organized by the state and the army. They can also wear uniform uniforms and badges issued by the state and the army according to the requirements of the activity organization.
Eighty-ninth seasonal dress time and dress requirements, usually by the public security work leading institutions unified regulations; If there is no leading body of police work in the station, it shall be determined by the person in charge of the unit above the division (brigade).
Article 90 Military uniforms and logo clothing shall not be sold, copied, dismantled or lent (sent) to non-military personnel without authorization. When a soldier retires from active service, he should hand over his own signs and clothes.
Section 2 Formal Dressing
Article 91 Officers shall wear officers' clothing when participating in the following activities:
(a) major commemorative and celebration activities organized by the Central Committee, the State Council, the Central Military Commission and the headquarters, such as Party building, army building and National Day;
(2) Ceremony of rank promotion (conferment);
(3) the ceremony of awarding the military flag.
Article 92 Officers may wear officers' clothing when participating in the following activities:
(a) the National Congress of the Party, the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the China People's Political Consultative Conference;
(two) the national and military hero model commendation meeting;
(3) Major celebrations held by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government); (4) Celebration and commendation meetings and major commemorative activities organized by units at or above the regimental level below the military region level; (5) Foreign affairs activities.
Two or more people who participate in the same activity as mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall wear it.
When an officer holds a wedding ceremony and takes photos with his family, he can wear an officer's dress.
Article 93 officers and men of the honor guard of the Chinese People's Liberation Army shall wear the protocol uniform of the honor guard when performing etiquette duties. The etiquette of foreign affairs activities organized by the headquarters, major welcoming tasks of troops stationed in Hong Kong and Macao and other important etiquette tasks determined by the General Staff can wear the protocol uniform of the guard of honor.
Article 94 The performers of the China People's Liberation Army Military Orchestra shall wear the protocol uniform of the military orchestra when performing ceremonial performance tasks; Other occasions and occasions are not allowed to wear military band protocol clothes.
Other personnel are not allowed to wear the protocol uniform of the military band.
Article 95 When performing a performance task, the performers of an art troupe usually wear the costumes of the art troupe. At other times and occasions, suits are not allowed.
Other personnel are not allowed to wear suits.
Section 3 Secret Service
Article 96 Soldiers usually wear uniforms in their daily work, study and collective life.
Article 97 The spring and autumn uniforms are generally worn in the spring and autumn. In summer, in important occasions where formal attire is inconvenient, troops stationed in the southern region in winter can wear uniforms according to the actual situation. When naval soldiers wear uniforms in the Spring and Autumn Period, units at or above the division level shall determine the uniform of white or navy uniforms.
Article 98 Summer uniforms are usually worn in summer. Troops stationed in the southern region in the spring and autumn can be stationed in dressing the according to the actual situation. Navy soldiers usually wear all-white summer clothes, but they can also be determined by units above the division level to unify the summer clothes on white and navy blue.
You usually wear a beret when you wear a summer uniform. When a guard is on duty, at a large gathering, or working in a unit above the corps level, he can wear a top hat (rolled hat), without a tie or collar button, and his hem is tied in his pants (skirt); When wearing a long-sleeved summer uniform, you should fasten the cuffs and sleeves of your coat. When it is inconvenient to place the beret after wearing it, it can be placed under the left shoulder ring.
Article 99 Winter uniforms are usually worn in winter; The troops stationed in the cold areas in the Spring and Autumn Period can be stationed in dressing the according to the actual situation.
When wearing winter uniforms or standard sweaters (sweaters), you can wear uniforms or training coats.
When wearing a winter uniform or a winter uniform coat, you usually wear a big hat (roll hat). According to the actual needs, units at or above the regimental level may decide to wear winter hats.
When wearing official clothes, you can wear a standard scarf. The scarf is placed in the collar, vertically folded in half, with the fold down around the neck collar, and the upper edge of the scarf shall not exceed 3 cm above the collar; Scarf folds cross in front of the collar, with male officers pressing the left side against the right side and female officers pressing the right side against the left side.
When conducting non-group activities indoors in winter, you can wear standard sweaters (male soldiers wear standard shirts, no ties and buttons) and sweaters.
Article 100 When on duty, doing exercises, checking (reading films) or carrying weapons and combat equipment in uniform, it is usually worn outside (between the bottom button and the front button, outside the inner belt when wearing uniforms in summer).
The fourth quarter combat protective clothing
Article 101 Soldiers should wear combat uniforms when fighting, training, preparing for war, performing tasks, handling emergencies and engaging in manual labor. Troops below the division level can unify their combat uniforms in their daily work and life. Units at or above the corps level may also have uniform training uniforms when working in the camp.
Article 102 When wearing summer training clothes, the first button of the coat is generally not buttoned, but the sleeves can be rolled up (before wearing, the sleeves are rolled up to the armpit seam, then the parts other than the cuffs are rolled up to the seam with the cuffs, and then the cuffs are turned over to cover the rolled-up parts), and then the sleeves can be buttoned up to reveal camouflage patterns or the front of the cuffs.
Button up when wearing a training coat; When the hood is used, the velvet collar can be removed; Please remove the protective cover when not in use.
When carrying weapons and combat equipment on duty, in operation class, checking (reading) or wearing combat clothes, you should wear knitted outer belts, cuffs and buttons, and wear combat shoes or boots (pants are tied and stuffed into boots). At other times, you can also wear standard leather shoes.
103rd kinds of special protective clothing should be worn according to the needs of clothing functions and tasks.
Chapter VII, Discipline
Section 1 Appearance
Article 104 Soldiers should dress neatly and observe the following provisions:
(a) wearing a military uniform should wear a military cap outdoors;
When wearing a large brim hat (rolled brim hat) and a training hat, the front edge of the brim is the same height as the eyebrow;
When wearing a beret, the cap badge is located above the left eye, and the lower edge of the cap mouth is about1.5 cm away from the eyebrow;
When wearing a winter hat, the lower edge of the brain protector is about1.5 cm from the eyebrow;
The ocean cap is slightly inclined to the right, and the lower edge of the cap wall is about 1.5 cm from the right eyebrow and about 3 cm from the left eyebrow.
The lace of the officer's hat should be close together and level; Soldiers' large-brim hat wind belt should be tied tightly and kept level when not in use; The elastic band of the big cap (roll cap) and sailor cap shall not be exposed outside the cap when not in use;
(2) In addition to important activities such as conferring ceremony, gun awarding ceremony and guard duty, you should take off your hat when you enter the house in military uniform at ordinary times; When it is not appropriate to take off the hat due to other special circumstances, it shall be temporarily stipulated by the top leaders present;
(3) Wear military shoes when wearing military uniforms; In laboratories, important caves and other special places, you can wear work shoes with dustproof and antistatic functions; Don't wear shoes barefoot;
(4) When wearing military uniforms, buttons should be buttoned in accordance with regulations, and no sleeves (except wearing combat uniforms), no clothes, and no trouser legs should be rolled up;
(5) When wearing sweaters, down jackets, down jackets and cotton-padded clothes in military uniforms, the hem shall not be exposed; When wearing a shirt (underwear), the hem is tied in the pants;
(6) Soldiers should wear casual clothes when going out on business; Officers and civilian cadres in organs, colleges, hospitals, scientific research, literature, art and sports units above the corps level generally wear casual clothes after work; Female soldiers can wear casual clothes during pregnancy and when feeding staff go out shopping;
(seven) uniform coat and casual coat shall not be mixed;
(eight) shall not take off the logo clothing uniforms for casual wear;
(9) Casual clothes without uncivilized patterns and characters;
(10) Do not wear imitation military uniforms.
Article 105 A soldier's hair should be neat. Male soldiers are not allowed to have long hair, big sideburns and beards, and their hair storage (wearing wigs) is not allowed to be exposed outside the hat. The length of the hat wall should not exceed 1.5 cm. Female soldiers should not braid their hair over their shoulders, and female soldiers should not have a perm. Heads at or above the division level may decide to keep one or more of the specified hairstyles for their personnel (see Appendix 1 1 for an example of military hairstyles). Soldiers are only allowed to dye the same color as their original hair color.
Article 106 Soldiers are not allowed to get tattoos. When wearing a military uniform, no makeup, long nails and dyed nails are allowed, no irregular scarves are allowed, no mobile phones, keys and accessories are allowed to be hung on the exposed belt, and no earrings, necklaces, collar ornaments, rings and other jewelry are allowed. Do not wear colored glasses except for work needs and eye diseases.
Article 107 Soldiers wearing military uniforms, badges, special identification marks or special armbands uniformly issued by the state and the army shall abide by the following provisions:
(a) to participate in major celebrations, you can wear medals, medals, medals of honor and commemorative medals in appropriate positions on the chest of military uniforms;
(two) to participate in important meetings, major exercises and other important activities, you can wear special identification marks as required;
(3) You can wear special armbands (the size and style should be consistent with the armbands of your own unit) when performing tasks such as fighting, major exercises and handling emergencies;
(four) military academy students recruited from local ordinary middle school graduates and military soldiers can wear the school badge when wearing military uniforms; Other personnel shall not wear the emblem of the hospital (school) when wearing military uniforms;
(five) the camp pass is only produced when entering and leaving the camp, and may not be worn on military uniforms.
