Archimedes
Archimedes’ research on machinery originated when he was studying in Alexandria. One day Archimedes was walking along the dry Nile River. Seeing that farmers struggled to lift water to irrigate their fields, after thinking about it, he invented a tool that used a spiral to rotate in the water pipe to suck up the water. Later generations called it the "Archimedes Spiral Water Lifter."
Egypt until modern times two thousand years later, there are still people using this instrument. This tool became the ancestor of later propellers.
Aristotle
Aristotle returned to Athens and established his own school there. The name of the academy (Lyceum) is named after the wolf-slayer (Lyceus) near the Temple of Apollo. During this period, Aristotle lectured and wrote many philosophical works. Aristotle had a habit of walking in the corridors and gardens while lecturing.
Because of this, the philosophy of the academy is called "the philosophy of leisure" or "the philosophy of wandering". Aristotle also wrote many works during this period, mainly about natural science and philosophy in nature and physics, and the language he used was much more obscure than Plato's "Dialogues".
