Three philosophies of life obtained from the film Miracle Boy
The movie Wonder Boy I watched on TV last month made me cry a lot. Good movie, highly recommended!

Miracle Boy is a very warm film, which is adapted from a novel by R.J. Palacio and tells the story of a little boy named Augie.

Auggie has been troubled by facial defects since childhood and is often regarded as a "monster" by outsiders. His mother took him as a full-time mother at home and taught him to read and write. In the fifth grade of Auggie, I finally had the opportunity to go to an ordinary school and study with other children of the same age.

In the process of adapting to the environment and getting along with his classmates, he was discriminated and bullied by his classmates because of his appearance. However, with the help of his parents, sister and several friendly classmates and teachers, he finally found confidence and made more friends. He changed the prejudice and misunderstanding of others with practical actions.

In addition to the touching story, this film has another special point of view: different from the general film presentation, the original author of the novel Miracle Boy tells the whole story in the first person from the perspective of six different characters.

The first role angle, of course, is the protagonist Auggie, then his sister Sylvia, then Auggie's two good friends Summer and Jack, and finally Olivia's best friend Miranda and her boyfriend Justin.

I didn't cry deeply enough after watching the movie, but after listening to the soundtrack, I got more understanding and sentiment about the whole story. To sum up, Miracle Boy has three philosophies of life worth recording:

Auggie was very reluctant to go to school at first, but he was encouraged by his parents. At school, he was laughed at, bullied, and even overheard his good friends speak ill of him behind his back. These negative things hurt his self-esteem and made him not want to go to school for a while.

But with the encouragement of his parents and sisters, he gradually understood some truth and became strong. Auggie persisted in his optimism, worked hard to overcome his inner depression and frustration, accumulated a little success and happiness, and gradually gained confidence and growth.

"Sometimes I think my heart is so big because it is full of dreams." -August

Family, parenting education is the most important and the most difficult. Parents' love cannot be too much, nor too little. For a special child, parents should love him enough and support and encourage him with tolerance and patience. At the same time, don't love too much, give him room to experience life and face difficulties and challenges.

"There will always be a bastard in the world, Auggie. But I really believe, and Dad really believes that there are more good people than bad people in this world, and good people will take care of each other and take care of each other. " ? -Isabel Pullman

In school, good teachers and a perfect education system are indispensable conditions for cultivating talents. In the film, Mr. Brown and President Tushman are two key figures. They manage teaching rationally and treat students and parents emotionally. Enthusiasm for teaching and educating people and persistence in the correct position are the most important values of educators.

"When choosing between right and kindness, choose kindness." Dr. Dale.

In society, we need empathy and tolerance to treat others. Between classmates and parents, we need empathy. Among Auggie's classmates, Xia Mo and Jack are two positive representatives. They put aside their fears and prejudices, got to know Augie, discovered his intelligence and humor, and became good friends. Julian, the villain, lacks tolerance and has been bullying Auggie. But from the child's behavior to the parents' behavior, I found that Jack's mother is a compassionate and kind mother. Julian's mother is a narrow-minded and snobbish woman.

"Just being friendly is not enough. You have to be a friend. " -R.J. Palacio

The story-telling way of Miracle Boy is to interpret it from the first-person perspective through different characters. The advantage of this is that you can see different people's interpretations and feelings about the same thing.

He knows Auggie's appearance is special, but he is not "ugly". He is happy to make new friends at school. But for Jack, he was almost forced to associate with Augie at first, but later in the process of getting along, he gradually changed his understanding of Augie and realized his behavior deviation. As for Xia Mo, she saw Auggie's uniqueness. By comparison, she found out whose behavior was good and what she couldn't agree with.

The analysis of these two behaviors can be extended to their respective family backgrounds, including parents' socio-economic status and value orientation. It is not difficult to see that family education, school education and social phenomena are closely linked and inseparable. We can't just see the picture in front of us, nor can we just look at the present time. Any single event has its temporal and spatial background. Therefore, it is possible to make a more correct and rational judgment by looking at the problem from multiple angles.

Even if the opponent is strong, it doesn't matter if you are a little weak. Growth is obtained from setbacks! Show your professional and value orientation, make friends with a good attitude, and win respect with a professional spirit.

Each of us is different. To do a good job in team building, we need a good corporate culture, a hard-shouldered senior, a soft-hearted supervisor, and everyone's respect and trust in each other.

There are serious problems in engineering construction. To find out the root cause, we need to listen more, ask more and see more. If an employee does something wrong, hit him and fire him! Is it useful? Yes But it is only immediate, and after a while, the same problem will appear again. Why?

Because, any event may not only be his own problem, it may be a system problem, it may be a management problem, and it may even be what happened at home.

In a word, we can't make a hasty decision just by listening to one side of the story, nor can we just stop when we see a certain level of problems. From the problem >>& gt solution & gt> results, this process can be fast or slow. Train yourself to think from multiple angles, so that you can see the scenery that others can't see!
