The Qingming Festival holiday is over. How are you doing? My condition is not bad and I still go to class and after class every day. But this time, I plan to think about it from the perspective of others:
During the holidays, people say goodbye to their stressful work, completely relax physically and mentally, visit relatives and friends or go on trips, but the real time for rest is actually more time than at work. Time is still short, work and rest schedules and patterns are disrupted, disrupting the biological clock. In addition, during the festival, there is no regular diet, many people smoke and drink excessively, and overeat, resulting in uneven nutrition, overloading of various organs in the body, and causing functional disorders. Although it has not reached the stage of disease, it has already made the human body feel uncomfortable. Once the vacation is over, once you return to a stressful working environment, you will easily lose balance physically and mentally, and you will inevitably experience more or less discomfort, which is the so-called "post-holiday syndrome".
The main symptoms of post-holiday syndrome:
1. Sleep disorder
Having too much fun during the holidays, even drinking and playing cards all night long, without giving the body adequate rest time . This disrupts the body's normal biological clock and causes autonomic nervous system disorders. As a result, "sleep disorders" will come to your doorstep.
2. Fear of going to work
After several days of eating, drinking and having fun, many people are still not used to it on the first day of work. Some office workers also suffer from anxiety, depression, irritability, etc. Emotions, and even fear of going to work. Because I don’t have any plans for my vacation during the holidays. I eat when I want and sleep when I want. The biological clock has been disrupted. When it's time to go to work, the biological clock cannot be adjusted, and the relaxed string cannot adapt to the intense and busy work state, so it creates a fear of going to work.
3. Anorexia Nervosa
During festivals, people often talk non-stop all day long. If they eat too much, they will easily become overloaded and cause anorexia nervosa.
4. Ebb-tide depression
After the highly exciting and lively holidays, people return to a calm, daily life, resulting in symptoms such as loneliness, depression, and boredom.
