Letters from Fu Lei was first published in 198 1. The publication of Fu Lei's Letters was a sensational cultural event at that time and sold well for more than 30 years. This is a letter that Mr. and Mrs. Fu Lei wrote to their son Fu Cong and daughter-in-law Milla from 1954 to 1966, edited by their second son Fu Min.
These letters began in 1954 when Fu Cong left home to study in Poland, and ended in 1966 when Fu Lei and his wife committed suicide.
