We just worry that there are talented people but they can’t be trusted and cannot be used. There is no shortage of talented people, but there is a shortage of people who know how to use people.

Praising others casually is often unrealistic; making promises to others easily is often dishonest.
5. Be loyal in words and respectful in deeds. ——"The Analects of Confucius·Wei Linggong".
Be loyal and trustworthy in your words; be loyal and courteous in your actions. However, the doting of a kind mother will lead to prodigal sons.
6. The law is what the monarch and his ministers must exercise; the believer is what the monarch and his ministers must establish; the power is what the monarch alone controls. ——"Shang Jun Shu·Xiu Quan".
